She started with a steam and cleanse and proceeded to add the products. She even used a hand fan to help with any discomfort I may have felt. Pam is well versed and professional. What a wonderful experience! I received a microdermabrasion facial from Pam and it was great! Before I arrived I shared some allergies that I had and wanted to make sure the products were okay for my skin. She took the time to call the companies and confirm that they were safe for me (which the ones she used were perfect and I had no reaction). The facial room located in Pam's house is very nice. I'm updating my review as I've gone to Pam regularly now (about 1 x month) for the past year. She does the facials out of her home, so you get way more options than a spa for much cheaper because there isn't the overhead like a spa. Pam even offers deals if you buy a package so you can save some money if you want to invest in coming for a few sessions. Not only does she offer facials, peels and microdermabrasion, but she does the Skin Pen! If you have not done this, it is a no chemical way to get younger looking skin. I was hooked after the first time, and have done it 3 times. The second time she did the Skin Pen, I noticed a significant reduction in the fine lines around one of my eyes and my laugh lines. If you don't already have serums, she carries the Image line and will sell you the serums you need after your Skin Pen treatment (brightening, vitamins, etc.) Pam emails me after each of my treatments to make sure I'm doing ok and didn't have a reaction. If you like facials or have never had one before and are just thinking about it, you can't do better than Pam. I've gone to spas in fancy hotels and at chain type places. By far, Pam is the best! She is cheaper than a spa, gives better care, has way more options than a spa and follows up to check-in on you. When you meet Pam for the first time, just look at her skin. It is absolutely amazing. You just know she knows how to take care of skin so just put yourself in her hands, and trust her judgement. (And try at least a couple sessions with the Skin Pen, you won't regret it!) read more

OMG!! Pam is amazing!! I had a consultation with her and we spoke about different options and she was very tentative. I was very pleased with my consultation because she made sure that I was comfortable and even had an assortment of teas for me to choose from while we discussed my concerns. I had my procedure, which was a peel and a microdermabrasion treatment. I never had one before so I was a little nervous. Pam eased my nerves because as she was going through the process, she explained products, how it may feel, what it will do to my skin. A++++ The icing on the cake-- because I was/am using topical creams provided by my dermatologist and I had to stop them before my treatment with Pam, she emailed later after my treatment a plan to incorporate my creams in addition to continuing to see her. Before deciding on a treatment for my skin we had an in depth discussion about my skincare history, current issues, and my current skincare regimen. I love going to Pam's to take care of my skin. She is very professional and knowledgeable about skin (Just look at her skin its beautiful!) She opens up the doors of her beautiful and cozy home and pampers you in a well equipped treatment room. My first time I had the Vitamin C Enzyme Peel and I recently had the 02 Lift Peel and Microdermabrasion Treatment and I loved it!!! My skin was so refreshed and it had a beautiful glow, it also made my skin tighter. I felt much more beautiful the very next day since you see the improvement with just one session. HER FACIALS are awesome - and the first time I looked at Pam and hesitantly questioned her line of products [ because I was using something else] she told me her age and SERIOUSLY I had to peal my jaw off her floor.. But she her stuff is amazing and I have now gone for almost 8 months and I have a monthly appointment for facials and Brazilians -[yep she does those too!] And I would highly recommend that you try her monthly specials if you are not sure what to try - she usually has specials for holidays - which combines treatments with extra stuff and a discount.
