I get there for my rescheduled appointment, and I'm told by the receptionist that the wax specialist isn't coming in at all (she was the only wax specialist staffed on a Saturday, just like the last time) and had to cancel my appointment in its entirety. It's just really frustrating because both times that I booked an appointment, it was for a vacation, so it was time sensitive that I got these appointments in.
