She rushed through my hair, left me in the rinsing bowl for like 45 minutes, right before she rinsed my hair told me that she wasn't going that blonde until she got to know me better maybe next time (the picture I showed her was clearly light blonde), rushed through my haircut and by that time my appointment was at 4 and I didn't leave until 6:30 so I was starving and was trying to be nice. I got home and there was a spot on my hair right on the front left side that the bleach touched my head and looks like a bald spot. I also had to cut a few stray pieces of my hair that were missed. This is absolutely inexcusable especially for the owner of a salon and for the expensive price I had to pay. I will not be returning and do not recommend.
