Gene was super helpful when i submitted an inquiry via their contact page online, and answered all my questions via email. I ended up doing 2 similar arrangements to one that I saw on their Instagram page but added a few more balloons. It was pretty easy to place the order online. My only complaint was b/c I was ordering 2 arrangements with the same balloons in each I had to manually calculate and make sure I added the right quantity for each arrangement. There's a section when you check out to provide directions. I told them which balloons in each arrangement and to make it pretty - which they did! I was coming in from out of town for the bridal shower so needed the balloons to be delivered, which we had no issues with. Overall, balloons are not cheap but they did an awesome job, exceeded expectations, provided great customer service and I would highly recommend them/use Balloon Kings again the the future!

Unfortunately, the woman who answered was unhelpful and condescending. Every time I tried to describe what I was looking for, she repeatedly said she didn't understand what I was trying to say, rather than simply walking me through their available options. When I suggested she do exactly that, she was resistant. She also mentioned pricing in a way that felt oddly out of context, almost as if she was implying the balloons were expensive. When I pointed out that she seemed unwilling to help, her explanation was that it was St. Patrick's Day and she was surrounded by balloons. That's not a customer service response, that's an excuse.
