I went to fill out the pre-service form for a wax but it wouldn't upload without my drivers license uploaded - not interested. 4. She said the only way I could bi-pass the uploaded ID requirement was to pay in cash. I said no. 5. She said I was cancelling the appointment then, so I did. 6. Now I noticed that they removed my review from last year; the one where I complained about them wanting you to leave a tip for the front desk employee. I'm sure the wax itself is fine; it was last year. I presume they have a lot of employee turnover as the Aesthetician saw her tip walk away when I walked out the door. Silly policies.

She helped paint my brows (I have some stubborn white hairs in them), and she did my roots. After she used purple shampoo on me to get the brassiness out and a deep conditioner for my very dry hair. Last: she styled it very nicely and after I got lots of compliments. The price was good! Additionally Erica stayed on and we had a lovely time and conversation. Although I showed up at the end of their shift and no doubt their families were hungry, they never made me feel uncomfortable. Muchas gracias ladies!!!
