I LOVE Mimi's Laser Alternatives!! I will recommend this place to anyone that asks!…read more Mimi is just a wonderful, kind, personable lady! She is down-right lovable! She is friendly and always professional, going the extra mile for all of her clients. She goes as far as to recommend the best option for you, which could end up saving you money compared to a more expensive treatment you thought you needed. That cuts in on her income, but she does it anyway because she's just an honest woman looking out for your best interests!! Not to mention, the amount of time she spends with you to explain it all and answer every single question you have! We need more people like her in this world! I did a little bit of digging before choosing to try out Mimi's, and this place is one of the cheapest permanent hair removal locations in the area. I had a 3 session package for underarm hair removal. She started with a lower intensity for safety reasons initially. I thought it had no effect, but the hairs fell out on their own after a few weeks, and I was surprised! The second and third sessions were with higher intensity, and you do feel a bit more during the treatment. The flashes of light hurt a tiny bit, but as most of us women know, it's like a mosquito bite compared to ripping out your hair with an epilator or wax strip! After 3 sessions, you really see the difference! Even after months of leaving it alone, I basically have no more hair growth in my armpits! There are a few stragglers that I could probably take care of with her touch-up appointments, but those stragglers are so fine and thin now, they're hardly noticeable. Every woman sick of shaving/waxing/epilating should visit Mimi!!!

Went to Dr. Will twice. Informed him that I only wanted 25 u after only having Botox once before…read more(somewhere else) with the same amount of units and good results. He loaded the syringes while I was present and gave 25 u. It hurt more than the first place I had gone to.. The results were stronger because I had them all in my forehead and crows feet this time. It froze my forehead but otherwise I was pleased. The second time I scheduled for 25 u, the syringes were pre- filled when I arrived, which I have heard is a no no. It hurt worse bc he kept using the same needle in multiple spots. The results lasted less than 3 months. I questioned the length of time it lasted and he told me that I should get 50 units instead or I should go somewhere else. Why would I get 50 units if I had frozen results with only 25 prior? Something shady about this guy. I googled him and it looks like he had some disciplinary actions against his geriatric practice in the past. Do not recommend. I also reviewed him on Google and he responded by denying that he pre-filled the syringes the last time he injected me. He most definitely did, which is likely why I had suboptimal results. Please review the disciplinary actions agains him before booking: https://www.healthgrades.com/providers/william-hudson-2y2bx Edit: I did not complain when I attempted to see you again, I asked your "professional" opinion as to why it did not work as well as it did the first time you injected me. I was willing to give you the benefit of the doubt. You took it as a complaint and said that if I did not agree to receive 50 units that I could go somewhere else! I was not rude, as you said. I was a bit taken aback, considering that you had injected me with 25 u prior and that you were now insisting that I get 50 or go somewhere else. You only offered 35u after telling me that I could go somewhere else for not getting 50, which I declined due to your less than professional attitude. As stated, the first time I saw you, my forehead was frozen. Why would I let you inject me with double the amount of Botox? I do not have "extreme" wrinkles in my forehead. My forehead is completely smooth - unless I raise my eyebrows. (See pictures) I find it unprofessional that you find Botox to be a one-size fits all. Not all women need 35-50 units of Botox. My goal was to retain some movement in my forehead to appear a bit more natural. I find it a shame that your goal is only to be cost effective, regardless of your patients goals. That says a lot about you as a provider. As far as "slandering you," I provided a link to your past disciplinary actions to forewarn the public of your recent drug abuse. That is something potential customers should be aware of.

At first I wasn't going to even call them then after speaking with my dermatologists I was told…read morethat I should probably say something to at the very least, them. But after letting them know what happened and the way it was handled I am so disgusted IDC about how they feel cause CLEARLY THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ME OR MY WELL-BEING. HERE GOES....I initionally was sent to this "Med spa" (I use the term loosely) to have my lips and some botox for the first time. My experiences here have never been smooth sailing but ultimately I really like Katherine so I continued to do botox with her and on July 9th HAD an appt for my lips, 2nd time, and botox, 3rd time. Well I had an email from them about on sale dermablading and work very hard so I said ok ill treat myself. The appt was great, I really enjoyed getting to know Charli a little better and they had a super sweet girl in there I had never met so I got to meet her as well. Charli even turned me on to the Color Science voodoo 50 SPF tinted moisturizer, which I bought and ABSOLUTELY LOVE. WELL let's fast forward 3-4 days later and my face was extremely swollen, looked almost like an abcess had formed where I had a blemish that wasn't all the way healed when I went in for my dermablading. Noone said it was an issue so i didn't think it was. Boy was I WRONGGGGGGGG. MY FACE WAS SO SWOLLEN, refer to pictures, on the fourth/fifth day after I had no choice but to go ro Urgent care cause I didn't want to go to the er but it was Sunday and I had to go somewhere. Of course I was right. I had a staph infection on my face. I was given a steroid shot in my hip a steroid to take a home and also Bactrum antibiotic. On Monday is when I went ahead and reached out. So much is wrong with how this place handled me. For one the ONLY person I was allowed to talk to, complain to, was the person that actually did the procedure, Charli. She was apologetic said she would call Katherine and get back to me. At this point i would've bet my life Katherine was gonna call me and so we could talk about this BIG ISSUE. WELL, THANK GOD I didn't bet anyone cause it was actually, you guessed it, Charli thar called me back to say these things happen unfortunately and they would give me my $65 back if I would like. I just had to laugh and hang up. NO LOVE YOU CAN KEEP YHE $65, OBVIOUSLY Y'ALL NEED IT MORE THAN ME. AND im sure there is some truth to the whole, these things happen. BUT YOU KNOW WHERE IR DOESNT HAPPEN?!?!? CLEAN PLACES!! YOU DIDNT JUST GIVE ME AN INFECTION, YOU GAVE ME A STAPH INFECRION ON MY FACE RIGHT BY MY MOUTH. NOT ONLY DID I HAVE TO PAY ALMOST $400 FOR urgent care and prescriptions, had to miss 2 days of work cause I can NOT work like that, see pictures, couldn't kiss my kids, still can't kiss my handsome husband because I am terrified I'll pass something onto one of them. But sure I need my $65 back. A joke really. The WORST PART OUT OF ALL OF THIS ISNT THAT THEY OFFERED ME $65, INSULT, ITS THAT AT NO POINT IN TIME DID SHE ASK IF I NEEDED ANYTHING OR IF I MAYBE WANTED KATHERINE TO HAVE A LOOK AND SEE IF THERE WAS ANYTHING EITHER OF THEM COULD DO. IM STILL TRYING TO HEAL AND ITS BEEN MORE THAN A WEEK. NEEDLESS TO SAY IVE CANCELLED ALL MY UPCOMING APPTS AS HAVE MY FRIENDS THAT I referred their. I'm so disgusted that Katherine didn't reach out herself. Like I don't mean anything cause she so busy and she'll make money off of everyone else. I even emailed Katherine and told her I'm so disappointed cause I really like it there but my and my families health is of the UPMOST IMPORTANCE.

This was the worst experience I've had with laser skin treatments. I was forced to visit a dermatologist afterward to avoid permanent damage from the burns. She claimed that she doesn't believe in applying numbing gel (even though everyone in all other offices around town do) when using laser as it makes it easier to burn the skin. She still burned me with the laser (which has never happened to me during numerous other treatments), causing scarring and seemed to miss every spot I was there to treat. Not sure if she did this on purpose hoping to force me to purchase additional treatments or just doesn't understand safe and appropriate uses for the equipment. Avoid at all cost!
