They greeted us immediately upon entering and made us comfortable. We had requested the spa pedi so once escorted to the pedi area and seated, we were given a lovely glass of sparkling wine. Since Mother's Day is coming up, we were also given pink roses. Michelle and Anna did the pedicures. They were excellent techs and chatted with us throughout the whole pedi. They really made the experience even more special. I feel like I should also comment on the cleanliness of the salon. It was *impeccable*. Not even a bit of dust in the corners. It looked brand new but they've been there a long time. Very impressive. I can't recommend this place enough. Book! Now!

I asked if there was any way to adjust my service, and I was told they would work with me and that the owner would call me that week to discuss a solution. On the day of the appointment, I received my facial (which was fine) and was told again that the owner would reach out soon to arrange something for the unused massage portion. But I never received a call. When I followed up afterward, I was told that because I booked in a group, they would not offer any accommodation--such as store credit or gift card--even after explaining my medical situation. Given that I personally spent $360 and our group spent around $1,800 including tip, I expected a basic level of compassion, especially for a postpartum mom with an ongoing medical issue. I wasn't looking for special treatment, just a reasonable accommodation for a service I physically could not receive. Unfortunately, the lack of empathy and unwillingness to work with me given my specific situation was deeply disappointing. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this spa. Attached is a photo of what my back looked like the evening before the massage (mind you, this was all over my body).

However, I have to call into question the consistency in quality from technician to technician. I went in today with a scheduled appointment. They knew that I was going in for a pedicure and a fill. The technician who did my fill rushed like I've never had another technician rush at in style I was very disappointed. I showed her a couple of areas where there was damage to the nail that I needed her to fix. It seems as though she just tried to glaze over what was very obvious and visible to me. It was pretty disappointing the way she filed. It does not look like a professional did it. Phan did my pedicure and did a good job. But again, not consistent from the last time I saw her. She left my polish dull after the massage and did not apply cuticle oil. Overall, this place is pretty hit or miss. You can absolutely take your chances. This was my first time trying hard gel instead of a regular gel manicure, and unfortunately, I can't say I'm a fan of the results. There are small air bubbles or dots visible on every nail, and the shape of each nail seems slightly different and uneven. To be fair, I think the nail tech genuinely tried to shape them well, but the final result just wasn't what I expected. This is my third time giving this salon a chance, and each visit has left me feeling disappointed with what I paid for. The hard gel manicure was $60 for a basic color, and I'm honestly glad I didn't spend the additional $10-$15 for chrome or cat-eye designs. For the price, I was hoping for a much cleaner and more polished finish.

I came in for two pedicures -- one regular polish ($30) and one cat eye, which I was told would be $10 extra. After we were already seated, there was no further explanation of pricing. When it came time to pay, I was charged $89 total. My regular pedicure was somehow $33, and my daughter's pedicure came out to $56. When I asked for clarification, the owner said she charged for a gel pedicure ($46) + $10 for cat eye, but this was never explained beforehand -- I was only told it would be $10 more. There was also no clear explanation for the extra $3 added to my pedicure. To make things worse, when I asked for a receipt, it wasn't itemized or clearly written, so I still couldn't fully understand the charges. I don't mind paying for services, but I do expect clear communication and honest pricing upfront. This felt misleading and unprofessional, especially from management. Again, I appreciate the nail techs here, but the way pricing is handled needs serious improvement.

One lady was working, so I had no other option and I had never been here before anyways and wouldn't have known difference. I explain to her that I like my brows THICK and only need some cleanup. Problems: - They had no brow brush! like NOTHING! All she did before was ask me if she wanted me to wipe them off first....DUH!!! - She begins and I start to hear SO MUCH HAIR COME OFF! Before, I told here just a cleanup, please. - I tell her to STOP, she gives me a mirror and I instantly say "OH NO"! t -There was no shape to the brow at all! NO straight lines! NO accurate arch and the "cleanup" needed so much work. -Luckily, I ALWAYS have a brow brush with me and finding it now was a must. I take it out, brush them and my disappointment grows. -Now, I take the mirror and my brush, physically show her on the next brow WHAT NOT TO TOUCH and what to "clean up". -I had to tell her to thread my middle brow. She sees how sad I am about the first brow and takes my direction a bit better. I leave with mismatching brows. One has the shape and thickness I am used to, while the other is circular with a wack wannabe arch. So now I have to draw the one on HELLA more and wait or it to grow back in. Basically, DON'T GO HERE if you love your brows.
