My face has had an exclusive relationship with her for the past three years. I've gotten gifts to go to other spas for facials but opted not to take them as I've had some issues with other facialists in the past and it makes me nervous just thinking about someone else touching my face let alone do a microdermabrasion (have you seen what scary things can happen to your face if someone who doesn't know how to do this properly does it?!). - Her prices are very very fair (get "The Works" - Faces for Humanity) and she donates a big portion of her profit to charities! - She DOES NOT push products on you (although the products she uses are really awesome - I especially LOVE the sun protection she uses. I keep a tube at home, car, etc) - She WILL check ingredients on the products she will use on your face if you know you're allergic to something (and find a good alternative) - She DOES NOT make you feel bad in any way about your skincare routine or skin condition (why do some facialists shame the clients? no one WANTS to have congested skin!) - She DOES NOT try to upsell you (I don't understand why some places push "packages" even before your treatment is over or right after your treatment - you won't really know how your skin reacts until you actually get the treatment and/or a bit after the treatment is over. If the process was good, client will return all on his/her own! Like me! She's also very honest about how often - or not often - your specific skin type should get a facial.)
