Before I booked we had a video consultation and she answered all of my questions and gave me a ton of information to read about what to expect during and after the treatment. It made me really comfortable and excited to make this investment. After the service, she had a kit with products and instructions on what to do and expect for about 2 weeks following. I booked a touch up at about the 1 year mark because it's generally recommended. However, once I got there, she took a look and informed me that I didn't need a touch up, but just a brow wax. I really appreciated this level of honesty and integrity as a business owner. There is a huge price difference between any permanent makeup procedure and a simple wax so she didn't make as much as she would have expected today. However her commitment to doing what's best for me as a client and my skin really made me feel good. I don't really do any lash services but would definitely patron Faux Real if I should in the future. Also, my eye brows look incredible! She is very knowledgeable and friendly. The space is clean and welcoming. I appreciate the ease of scheduling online and even paying the deposit when I book. All scheduling and payment is through the Vagaro app, which I appreciate because you can link a credit card there and not have to go through any weird cash app or Zelle situation at the completion of your service. I would recommend Faux Real to anyone looking for knowledgeable permanent makeup solutions and lash services.

They talked me into 18 more units and I was shocked my the total. I was never given a pricing breakdown at all of anything. It was around $576 but I agreed hoping for the best. Guess what? Droopy eyelids. I went for my follow up 2 weeks later and they "fixed it" with the help of a PA telling her where to put the injections. ( I had seen it in a 20 second Instagram video) I was then told I owed an additional $200 for them "fixing" what was not done properly the first time. They were very rude on my way out casually saying "maybe we'll see ya around." They made me feel so uncomfortable. I thought this was a place that was supposed to make you feel good about yourself. Doubt it. I'm having to pull my eyes up every morning to put my makeup on and it's been 2 weeks since they allegedly fixed the issue. This place is awful and they shouldn't charge for their mistakes. Especially when people are driving way out of their way excited to try a new place. They could have gained a new long time customer but I would never recommend this place. And I waited over 20 minutes past my appt time. I hope no one else has to go through this. Also, I was told in the consultation that before and after pics would be taken. That didn't happen either. Wonder why. I'm definitely getting my certified mail ready! There are much better places ladies!!!!
