I came across Face Forward Aesthetics on Instagram and decided to schedule a visit. I was really interested in their laser facial options and they thoroughly explained each treatment to me and answered all of my questions. I ended up deciding on RF microneedling. I have had an RF microneedling treatment once previously but this one was very different. With this RF microneedling machine, your provider takes an ultrasound of your face to measure the depths of your skin layers. This will ensure that when you are being treated, the treatment isn't going too deep. The other big difference, my provider applied the numbing cream perfectly. I didn't have hardly any discomfort during my treatment which was vastly different from the first time I had it done at another spa. I enjoyed my service so much that I opted to join the membership program, I purchased a package of traditional, microneedling treatments, and I can't wait to visit again!. read more

I was very unhappy been going there a while. spending a lot of money ,spent 900 two weeks ago. went back on the end of second week because. my Botox didn't take. she wouldn't even redo it. she said I need to get d disport because I'm older so I lost 500 dollars for my christmas present to my self and it didn't work I paid for a membership. which when I received Botox 2 weeks prior was active ! when I went back it expired. they wouldn't even honor that. they really should take care of customers. Clients BEWARE! The worst results I have ever had. I had Botox and cheek filler performed at the Beavercreek, Ohio location. The Botox on my forehead was uneven leaving one eye higher then the other eye and I still had significant wrinkling over one eye. The filler I asked for on my cheeks has been a nightmare. When the nurse was injecting me she was putting the filler under my eyes when I had told her to place it on the flat areas of my cheeks. I have previously had over the past 2 years been seeing a facial plastic surgeon for my injections but he was unavailable over the holidays. I told her I had never had fillers placed under my eyes yet she continued. The results were horrific! The skin under my eyes had turned white ...known as blanching from improper injecting. This also left large puffy bags under my eyes that I never had before. When the nurse was finished I was still left with the same issues I came in with and a bill of $989.00. When I called the next day I was told I needed to wait at least 2 weeks for a consultation. In the meantime I saw my plastic surgeon and he was quite concerned and shocked with the uneven, unnatural, and unnecessary placement of the filler under my eyes leaving what is called FESTOONS (large bags). When I went for my follow up at Face Forward I came to find out the nurse who did my injections was no longer there... I wondered why?? The staff clearly could see my concerns and offered to dissolve the filler they had put in the wrong area (under my eyes) and wanted to charge me and additional $650.00 to put the filler in the proper place. so in essence they wanted to dissolve their mistake and the filler I had paid $650.00 for. They should have put it in the correct place to begin with. They don't listen and place the fillers where they want to. What a terrible , unprofessional lack of follow through patient care. Face Forward did not stand by their work they are more concerned about making money at the expense of there clients. I also want to note that I returned immediately after my follow up appointment when I realized I had forgotten my car keys to find the entire staff laughing. EXTREMELY unprofessional staff and establishment. I heard about this office from a promo in 614Now that they were running (ad attached). I scheduled my appointment, and know from previous treatments that my forehead takes 10 units of Botox. My elevens do NOT need Botox right now. After receiving the treatment for years at other practices, I know how my body reacts to it and how the process works. My provider proceeded to over diagnose me and up-sell me so that they wouldn't end up giving away free Botox, as I was only in for the 10 units. She then stated she couldn't "safely" treat me because it would cause my eyes to droop. Again, not only is this information inaccurate, it's a bold face lie. A lack of Botox will not ever make someone's eyes droop. Bottom line: Face Forward Aesthetics -- if you don't want to honor a promo, don't run one. I had filler done almost a year ago (in the second picture) it turned out great, the full face is the day after picture. yesterday I had mini filler done and my lips look horrible( lip picture), they are so beyond swollen and hard. Had my first facial treatment at FFA today in preparation for an upcoming event. The staff were all so kind and helpful when checking me in and taking me back to the room. Jessica was the best! She walked me through what she was using for the GLO treatment and then recommended some products to use after as well! I definitely am going to be booking with Jessica and FFA again! **I would have given them 5 stars had it not been such a long wait to be seen (keeping in mind I had an appointment later in the day, and the wait could have been due to late appointments and/or appointments running late before me). I have been getting botox injections in my forehead for a few years now, and hands down, the best results have been from Face Forward Aesthetics. My last treatment was in February, it is now almost August. There was no drooping and my forehead didn't move. I'm almost getting anxiety because I would have normally gotten re-treated around May-June. I'm just now starting to see movement! I don't know what kind of magic they work there, but I'm sold on it. Face Forward Aesthetics is a great spot for some skin treatments. My first experience was almost a year ago to get dermaplaned after I saw an offer online. The team was incredibly friendly, included a Visia screening, which showed my current skin age and health. I have since gone back to pick up Latisse, laser hair removal, and several microneedling appointments. I highly recommend microneedling - it has changed my entire skin texture for the better. Their offices have always been clean and comforting. The design is elegant without being opulent. And there is nothing better than getting to watch some Bravo while waiting for your face to numb (pre-microneedling). The team at FFA is incredibly friendly and always welcoming every time I return. It feels like hanging out with some good girlfriends. The prices may be a bit overwhelming (and aren't listed on the website) but I have always found it worth the price. I was really displeased with my experience here. I bought a Groupon for Botox. I recently moved to this area and I have been getting Botox for about 15 years off and on. My Groupon was for 20 units. First of all the "healthcare practitioner" spoke so fast, I could barely understand what she was saying. I told her the two areas that concerned me the most. She suggested a third area. All of this information was being dictated to another employee who was entering it into her computer. After this was all "explained" to me, I was left in the room with just the girl with the computer to decide what I wanted done. She said all three areas could be done for 34 units and offered me the Groupon price for an additional 20 units. I decided to go with that option. The nurse or whoever came back in and quickly injected the Botox into the TWO original areas I discussed with her and then told me she would use the additional 6 units for a brow lift. When she was done, I said, "aren't you going to do the third area?" She insisted the brow lift had been done instead, but I was told 34 units covered ALL THREE AREAS. Confused, I went home. My Botox has always lasted 4 months. This lasted me barely over two months before it was completely gone. I am so frustrated. I spent hundreds of dollars as a gift to myself and I feel like I was hustled. I urge people not to waste money going here! read more

Attempted to cancel my membership, for which I did not receive contractual paperwork, and was told I "could cancel anytime after 3 months," but then informed at the time of cancellation that I'd be charged "two more times for the sixty-day notice." Booked a Dermaplane and Visia Consultation on two separate days and they were able to squeeze me in to do both on the same day which was awesome! The Visia Consultation was super cool.. you get to see your skin up close and go through various skin concerns like wrinkles, sun damage and pores. They'll make recommendations about products to use for those concerns that you ranked higher on but they definitely do NOT push you to buy anything you don't want. The Dermaplane was great! The NP Florence was super sweet and really took her time to make sure she got the entire face - I've been other places for dermaplane treatments and it seemed like they were more haphazard whereas Florence was very meticulous, covering every inch. They also have a comfort menu so that you can feel as relaxed as you need to be in case you're anxious or nervous about any procedures. Waiting room was gorgeous. I really had high hopes for this business. At first everything seemed fantastic and they were super friendly and attentive and then I was thoroughly disappointed in their performance and conduct. I had a liquid nose job (which isn't cheap by any means) and I agreed to let them take before and after photos of me and place them on their website, in which they did. They placed photos of me and drew out the bump in my nose in the before photo making me feel insecure to the point I left a direct message in their inbox on Instagram stating how I never realized how bad my nose looked until they drew it out. I was optimistic in the procedure due to my life long insecurity as well as they knew I had engagement photos coming up but I felt disrespected in the end. I had a follow up procedure and they added more filler because I swell up immensely and I was hoping this would be the last time as well as the nurse practitioner reassured me she did too and if it was not I could come back in. This was not the case. I waited over two more weeks and called in to let them know I was not satisfied and the bump was still visible. I sent over follow up photos via email and went back into their office. The original nurse practioner who did the procedure was not in- which I was not informed of. Instead I had another nurse practioner who did the consultation and argued with me about my dissatisfaction of the follow up procedure and my insecurities. I felt as if my concerns were dismissed when she told me I would have to pay for another syringe to fill the tiny spot I had requested to be fixed. I really hope they learn to consider their patient's feelings when discussing personal insecurities and learn to conduct themselves ethically within a beauty business practice. read more

i bought a groupon a while ago, the deal was on sculptra, when i went there they convinced me to get something else, because sculptra is thick and they told me the filler should last up to 3 yrs, it didn't even last 1year, they also convinced me to get kybella, and they told me that i only need one. its been almost 3 years now and i didnt see any results at all, my chin only got worse. i went to another facility to get botox and i got excellent results with DR Deperro, i was told by dr deperro that i should have got 2 vials of kybella to work on my chin. it was a lot of money wasted read more
