She helped me pick out some 18" 100% human hair clip in extensions. This place had a ton of color and highlighted options I found what I was looking for in like 15 min. Following that guidance, I returned with about $90 worth of unused hair. My stylist did not install those pieces; she simply re-tied them and placed them back into the original plastic packaging. Despite this, the young man I spoke with in-store refused the return, stating the hair could not be accepted because the serial number wrap was no longer on it. Given that I was explicitly told otherwise at the time of purchase, this was extremely disappointing. Because I am not a confrontational person, my boyfriend spoke with another associate who provided the store number, explaining that a manager would need to approve the return. When I called, a woman named Sarah informed me that the return was denied because the hair was "not in the original packaging" and therefore "cannot be resold." This entire situation reflects a clear miscommunication and poor customer service. Had the policy been accurately communicated upfront, I would not have removed the hair from the packaging at all. The product remains untouched and unused, yet the responsibility has been placed on me rather than acknowledging the incorrect information provided by your staff. As a customer, I am extremely disappointed. This has been one of the most unprofessional retail experiences I've encountered. Based on this, I will not be returning to this store, and I cannot in good faith recommend it to others. It is clear that profit is prioritized over transparency and customer satisfaction. This will be my final review, as this business will not receive any further attention from me.

When I was asked if they could help, told them I was looking for a short pixie style wig, brown in color and I found one in less than five minutes, when I tried on Hubby gave a firm YES, then I was told if I buy one the second is half off and I found Two wonderful wigs, one was $70 and other was $20, she also suggested combs so the wig doesn't move and showed me how to do it!!! They let you try on 3 wigs with a $5 deposit which you get back when done shopping!!! Everyone was so helpful and friendly!!! This will be my go to place for all Beauty supplies!!! I called and was able to get a same day appointment with Brissa - what a blessing that was! Brissa was very sweet and patient --- and she was very knowledgeable in the different types of wig caps. She took the time to explain each one to me as she knew this was a very different and new experience for me. I tried on several different styles before finding one that was a good fit for my face shape - so I decided to purchase it. Brissa then explained how to care for the wig and went over washing instructions. Fortunately they had for purchase special shampoo and conditioner for wigs - which was much milder than regular shampoo. And she explained to me the best way to dry it. Every time that I've visit this store it's nothing but Caucasians and Mexicans selling African-American products that they know nothing about they have no guidance on to consider hair oil, a chemical. Spent almost $100 and couldn't even exchange a four dollar oil will never return to this location.
