My husband and I went in to the store, chose a carpet sample, and our info was taken, with the promise we would receive a call by end of day (the installer was with another customer). We didn't receive a call back, so I called a week later. I was told they would call us back that day (my husband and I reiterated who we spoke to and the name we were provided) - we never received a call back. Over 2 weeks later, we still have the sample, have emailed and called on multiple occasions, and have never received a call back. We will go elsewhere. It's sad, because I love to support local business, and I understand the landscape and understaffing right now, but to never even receive a call, I'm done chasing this business. I'll spend my money elsewhere. Disappointed. I'd give 0 stars, not even 1.
