This is my first yelp review ever and I'm glad I can start off on a good note…read more To begin, the customer service was outstanding. I needed to get a vacant 3 bedroom/ 2.5 bathroom townhouse (1,414 sq. ft.) cleaned. I called in a couple of days before and scheduled a Thursday 8 AM appointment for the move in/move out service. John and Maria were at my door earlier than that which I appreciated a lot. Total cost including shampooing the carpet came out to $544, which was acceptable due to the size of the house. Total cleaning time took about 4 hours. Maria texted me 30 minutes prior to completion which allowed me to leave work and get back to the house. After the final walk through, I was amazed at how brand new the interior of the house looked! The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living room were cleaned to perfection. I also want to add that they use environmenally friendly products which doesn't leave a strong smell in the house. For all the South Bay folks, this is the place to go. Feel free to give them a call and ask for a quote. Thank you John and Maria for your hard work!! I will definitely refer your services to others.

For example I have a wood stand in my bathroom, not only does she clean it, she uses a wood polish on it too making it look brand new. She does the same thing to all the granite surfaces with stone polish to get them looking brand new too... I didn't even know stone polish existed. She's always been super nice and a pleasure to do business with, like I said I cannot say enough good things.

Life isn't always simple and Rosa has always been willing to help us out when we need to change a day, or cancel for some reason. We have always been able to count on Rosa's Cleaning Service. We can't say enough good about them. Recommend!!!

I think they did great, especially due to the fact that our house hasn't been professionally cleaned for a long time, and it was only 2 hours for 2 people to clean. We had to stay in the house while they cleaned, so we just told them what rooms to ignore and then made sure to stay out of their way. Even though we were in the house, they text me when they were done so that they made sure not to bother us. She later told me that if we go with them for cleaning next time, she'll bring her special told to better clean our jacuzzi tub. Cash payment. Not sure if they take anything else, but cash is probably preferred. It was easy to communicate with them via text. They did forget their shoes outside of our house, but they can pick it up next time we book them.

Spring Cleaning time, and my home sure needed a deep cleaning but my painful back made it a no-go…read morefor me. I read a lot of reviews on Yelp before calling Perfectly Maid -- and I'm glad I did. I assumed, too, after reading those reviews, that I should provide paper towels and trash bags, which was certainly no problem. Rosa came out to give me an estimate the day after I called and we scheduled a cleaning, discussing what really needed attention beforehand. One thing I pointed out to her was my kitchen counter, where my old coffeemaker leaked and the grout was badly discolored -- and she told my not to worry, they could take care of that. She answered all of my questions and was very professional. Well, today was Great Cleaning Day. Her crew arrived on time and ready to go, and were very pleasant to deal with. They were very thorough and I can honestly say my house is probably the cleanest it's ever been. Bathrooms, interior windows, floors, counter tops.... spotless. They cleaned the baseboards, too and pretty much left no stone unturned. Not a speck of dust anywhere, and that includes the wood blinds in my living room. Light switch covers? Cleaned. The were very detailed in the job they did. My refrigerator is so clean inside it looks brand new. And those coffee stains in my kitchen counter grout? GONE. And believe me, I'd tried and tried and TRIED to get that grout clean. I've read some complaints about language issues. I'm grateful these ladies put up with my broken Spanish and helped me out when I wasn't sure what word I needed -- but we had zero difficulty understanding each other. For the record, yes, they did speak English too. The only thing they didn't clean? The cat. But he's pretty much a self-cleaning thing anyway.
