Occasionally I will be asked if I have them professionally done. Hell ya, I can't do them myself and I have tried. You can't quite tell because they are not gaudy, but correct for my eye shape and my lifestyle. I have huge confidence leaving the salon. It makes me happy and it shows. The best part is how quickly I can get my makeup routine done in morning. I don't dread it. No more endless mascara application, nor black smudges by end of day. No more trying out new expensive mascara that is never any different than the usual. So thankful for Kelly, Jessica and Dan. I loooove all the services the salon provides. But CAN'T live without my lashes. I have used other salons for lashes. I highly recommend Kalypso's. Hands down. ON TO WAXING. I have used the top and best salons in Rochester for bikini waxing. I have extremely sensitive skin. Extremely. But Jessica and Kelly's results are the by far best. I do not have any bruising, any skin ripping and NO PAIN WHATSOEVER. I cannot say this about any other wax I have had done. I was shocked by the difference. I am used to being slightly maimed at other salons. No joke, I have probably used 8 salons you would know by name and would be in extreme discomfort for days. Very reasonably priced as well. Sometimes I need services on short notice or a special request. Kalypso always tries to accommodate my busy schedule even if inconvenience to them. Jessica is very knowledgeable about skin and brows. I wish I could have her soothe and smooth my skin every day. Jessica recommended a brow tint and shaping on my light and thin brows. It makes a big difference. I had no idea. Really frames my face and enhances my lashes. If I could have a perfect day it would be spent at Kalypso having all services done. I just feel so groomed and put together when I leave.

Ty called me back the same day and scheduled my appointment. She didn't charge me a deposit and allowed me to pay the day of my appointment. I even emailed them before the appointment to fill out my forms and they were sent promptly. My actual session with Anne was so amazing. She asked if the pressure and temp were ok. In the end she asked if I had any questions and I told her she did this thing on my back where it felt like she was popping little jelly balls. She explained that's the myofascial and how it builds up and talked about the specific massage Ty does for that. I highly recommend and will be going back! They are pretty booked up but I was still able to book something about two weeks out. Excited to go back.
