I have never experienced such warm customer service at a dental office. Today was my first time at Fabozzi Dental and I needed a tooth extracted. I was nervous but my fear was eased as soon as I walked in the door. The customer service from beginning to end was stellar. The front office staff and dental assistant were phenomenal. I felt NO PAIN during and after my tooth extraction. I felt knowledgeable of my options as they were explained to me thoroughly. Dr. Fabozzi was phenomenal with my care and I can't express my gratitude enough. I will now be switching my whole family over to Dr. Fabozzi. I do not write many reviews however, I felt compelled to express my happiness with the process. It's been several hours and the anesthesia has worn off and I still feel great. Lord knows that none of us like visiting the dentist office at all, and I for one cringe when I know it's time to visit the dentist yet I felt at ease as soon as I walked into Doctor Fabozzi's Office... From the moment I stepped in the office, I was welcomed with a warm and inviting smile and a friendly front office who truly treated me like family or a longtime friend, and not a patient, till the last minute I paid for having my teeth cleaned and made my next appointment. You can tell that the entire office team gets along great and there is no tension in the office...And the treating room areas look so cool and do not look like your typical cold and scary looking dental office. This office has been in Chino Hills for many, many years yet I never noticed them but thanks to a friend suggesting I visit the office since she had a great experience with them, I too decided to give them a try, and I couldn't be more happier... I've been coming to this location for my teeth cleaning for several years now. I actually drive from Pasadena to this location because I enjoy the family environment this place offers. I even did 18 months of Invisalign from this place and they helped straighten out my teeth. I feel Dr. Fabozzi's office is 5 stars with reviews that are honest. This is why I came to his office for a 2nd opinion. I ended up having my work done by him. Turning 65 my Dentist Dr. Tom Moore retired. I went to one Dentist that was very good, but wanted a Dentist that was closer. I had 2 Veneers due to chips and a space was developing. I had 1 crown, and 1 filling. I was happy about Javier who assisted Dr. Fabozzi and his kind words, his enthusiasm for his job, he supported me through the process. My teeth look AMAZING. White, bright, and I love to smile . When you have not had fillings, or crowns in your life and need work. This is the office to go to. I know everyones pain level is different. Dr. Fabozzi had this awesome cinnamon they put on the area to be worked on before the novocaine . So the shot... I did not feel the pain... Dr. Fabozzi and his STAFF, have 45 years of experience. I have been a patient on and off for years. When my insurance changed I had to go elsewhere but when it changed again I was able to go back. The office is very nice and always up to date. The staff is somewhat friendly but I honestly get the feeling that you are not that important to them because they have enough patients. I had a really terrible experience with them. I know that I for sure updated my contact info on a regular basis and I had an appointment scheduled with them but they were not very booked so they decided to cancel my appointment and I was not contacted. I showed up and the doors were locked. I waited outside for a few minutes and someone can to unlock the door and said they were closed today. She knew exactly who I was and that they were not able to reach me. She told me the phone number they called which was over 5 years old. They didn't even try to call my cell phone. I totally understand that things like this happen but it was very frustrating to me, especially since I don't live in Chino Hills anymore. I rescheduled the appointment. I scheduled an appointment for the morning. I believe it was 9 am. Their first appointment of the day. I was there about 10 minutes early and before most of their staff. I was not greeted when I entered and their staff slowly trickled in after 9. After waiting for 20 minutes and after another patient who arrived after I did, got called back I decided to leave. About 10 minutes later I got a phone call from them asking if I was running late or forgot about my appointment. This time I was really frustrated and upset. I told my mom the story and since we have been going there for so many years she called and they just argued with her and made excuses that they were running late and in traffic. They offered to reschedule the appointment but they did not even reach out to me to apologize or try to reschedule. If you are looking for a mediocre dental office.... they will do. read more

I'm coming back here to write a review because I just went to the worst dentist I've ever had due to an emergency and I was too far away to go to Dr. Fabozzi. This experience reminded me how good the Fabozzi team are compared to others. If you want straight answers, modern equipment, fair pricing for those without insurance, and someone who remembers they are working on a human and not a CPR dummy, then this place should be your only choice. It's worth a long drive, I promise. Drive past the other losers and bring your achey teeth to Drs. Fabozzi and Fabozzi and if you don't agree they are nicer, more professional and more caring than your current dentist, I'll eat my shoe. Now, let me inform you this review (up until this sentence) was taken down "because it lacks a substantive firsthand experience". Well, let me add that this IS a firsthand experience. From cleanings, fillings and maybe a root canal or crown, Dr. James Fabozzi and crew know just what to do. He was my emergency dentist for many years. I had four teeth that were in bad shape one broken real bad, a sad situation I had. Other dentists said no, they must go. Dr. Fabozzi studied my case and made a plan. Eddie he said, I make no promises but I'll do my best for what's best for you. Eddie I think I can save this tooth....and he did! In every instance, Fabozzi Dental came thru. He gave came me choices of what the real options were. Good or bad the patient always knows where they stand. Having this advice, the patient can make an informed choice. His daughter Sara Winters joined him in his practice a few years back. During a routine checkup, I told her my tongue had been sore for a while. She looked, checked, took photos and sent them to a local specialist. It turned out I had the beginning stages of oral cancer. She saw something and acted on it. I probably would have ignored the discomfort as many do till it is too late. I owe Dr. Winter's at the minimum a big thank you-on the other extreme, gratitude for saving my life. This I will never forget and be forever grateful. Your oral health is of their highest concern. Their office is very clean, well organized and equipment is modern including an in-house lab. The staff is professional and caring too. Everyone there is always upbeat wearing a smile putting the patient at ease. If you have a need for a dentist, first time, fearful of, had a bad experience with a previous dentist, or a dental emergency, you have nothing to fear when Fabozzi Dental is near. They accept dental insurance and are very flexible with cash patients. I know, I didn't always have dental insurance. When it came to having a regular dentist again, Fabozzi Dental with their 30 years plus experience was the choice for me. Fabozzi Dental and crew has satisfied my dental needs for over 9 years. A good few years ago I had a major major toothache and needed an emergency tooth extraction. I lived in Chino Hills at the time. Lucky for me this place stays open late a few days a week. They took me in immediately, removed the tooth very professional, fast and pain free. Dr. Fabozzi is a class act. He and his staff were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. They didn't rip me off or take advantage of me because I was desperate. I'll never forget that day and how they treated me. I went on to get more work done and take care of a few cavities. I have moved out of the area so I'm no longer seeing Dr. Fabozzi but he was my dentist for about 28 years. He, his wife Terry and his staff always treated me to the best of their abilities. I just had a dental emergency so I yelped a dentist to go to since I'm not from around here. I'm honestly terrified of the dentist. I started crying like a baby when my tooth fractured because I didn't want to go to the dentist! Everyone was SOO nice and made me feel very comfortable. They even gave me some headphones and a radio to borrow so I didn't have to hear them drill. I don't have dental insurance but I would say the prices were pretty good still! I already made an appointment to get my teeth cleaned in 2 weeks and I'm pretty sure this will be my new dentist in Southern California! Before my apt. I gave my SSN and dental coverage to Fabozzi Dental and they told me my insurance was accepted there and they gave me a print out of the portion I would need to pay and the portion my insurance pays. They said that they have a way of looking each patients plan up though Social # so I paid my portion. My experience was extremely painful and the male Dentist was not understanding. The dental assistants were very nice but that was the only part of my experience that was adequate. The dentist was not able to finish my procedure and I was told to come back another day. I ended up going to a different dentist and my pain level was 110% better and I realized the levels of pain I was in at Fabozzi was NOT normal. Any level of pain at the dentist can be helped with a proper dentist. A couple of months later I get a bill in the mail saying Fabozzi was not in network and I owed hundreds of dollars! I understand I should of called my dental network ahead of time to confirm but I trusted Fabozzi Dental when they said they had a program that would tell me my plan coverage in relation to their facility. It wasn't just slightly off either it was wrong by hundreds of dollars!! After calling and complaining they agreed to lower the bill but I was still stuck paying a lot of money out of pocket on top of the portion I already paid the day of my apt. I felt like i was tricked into thinking I was in network so i would get procedures done at Fabozzi Dental. read more
