They were pretty rough with their cleaning for my daughters to the point where we had to go to another dentist and so far, we are satisfied with the other Dentist we have. Maybe because it's a pediatric dentist. They also insisted to have a cavity removed but after my daughter said that they had a bad experience with the cleaning, I did not go forward. In fact when we went to the other pediatric dentist, my daughters didn't need to have any cavity removed. Its years later and we are still with the other pediatric dentist. read more

Extremely rude receptionist , I called in and was treated very poorly. The receptionist refused to allow me a question to the doctor. She told me that I could speak to the doctor when doctor is free at first But then she insisted that she answered my question I had no idea I had called the psychics office. How does the receptionist know if I had a specific question that was confidential for the doctor or not. I asked to speak to the doctor or get a call back from the doctor or even come in person within 1 minuet of the call. The remaining 9 minuets of my call was me asking the receptionist if I can talk to the doctor and the receptionist saying she answered my question and I don't need to talk to the doctor. I wouldn't take the time to make a review if I wasn't being treated poorly. read more

the doctor, here is unethical...they would not treat my cavities because i would not agree to a deep cleaning ... trying to push un necessary procedure ...i will never go back ... Thank you for getting back to me. However, that is not the case when I asked your office staff to just do the cavities. Doctor Silver is very knowledgeable about each procedure and answers any of your questions while care is provided. So far, I've had tooth fillings, plaque removal, and 2 sets of braces from this facility. After each visit, the staff at the desk gives a quick and detailed teaching on what and what NOT to do after you had your procedure. I've been through many dentists, and I've gotta say, this is the cleanest dentist clinic I've ever been to. The staff is all very friendly and their equipment is all up to date. Dr. Silver is a great dentist, she's very careful when dealing with your teeth. The chair you sit in when they work on your teeth is very comfortable and you can watch netflix at the same time on their TV. Amazing! Everyone here is really attentive and nice. They are keeping the place clean and ask that you use the hand sanitizer before entering. I was really scared of the numbing process but didn't feel it. They do their crowns there so in a couple of hours you are all done. Dr. Chua was very professional, and the entire staff, as well; they're very courteous and prompt; the dental office has a very welcoming aura to it. When it was my turn to be seen by Dr. Chua, when she was cleaning my teeth; I didn't feel the pain I used to experience during teeth cleaning I had from my previous dentists, at all, here. Compared to my previous dentists who I felt like they were butchering my entire mouth! (Hence, my phobia of going to the dentist!); Dr. Chua was very careful and -- I don't know how to explain it, but it was a breeze. Dr. Chua also showed me on a tv monitor, before proceeding, the pics of my teeth that needed treatment--very transparent (one sure sign of how much a person really cares) you would not feel like she's pulling a fast one on you, like what mechanics do to their unsuspecting customers, you know?. I really hate going to the dentist. The drilling, the injections, the fillings, the x-rays, the reminders of the last time I flossed.. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ However, going to Silver Smile Dental with Dr. Chua changed my perspective about going to the dentist. I've been to several dentists and obviously they're all nice and caring, but Dr. Chua went the extra distance by doing all the little things. For one, she moistened my dry cracked damaged lips from the winter cold before doing work on my teeth. She was also EXTRA careful when checking my teeth for cavities. She showed me exactly where and why I should see her more often--that is to get my teeth cleaned and fixed! Most importantly, what I liked the most was that she really cared if I felt any pain or discomfort, which I never felt any during my time here.
