He followed up with an embroidery sample that does in fact match my artwork. Following my approval he replaced my entire original order. His email worked and was punctual in responding to me. I was happy with how he handled the situation given how badly it had previously gone. I wish this was the service and quality of embroidery that I got from the start. I'm going to leave the original review below, and I hope that future customers get great service on the first go. I'm changing the original 1 star rating to a 4 star given the genuine attempt to fix the situation. Original review: Very frustrating experience. Ordered 2 dozen embroidered hats from Cap Bargain. Companies automated email system never worked after placing my order. Worked with customer service rep for CB who was using an email address from FAYA Promo. They are the same company. It took their rep a week and a half for every reply, even though I responded back to him within a half hour every time. Had to call many times as updates were never provided until I followed up. Ended up taking five and a half weeks between placing the order to receiving the hats. Upon review, the embroidery I received was clumsy. Curved lines were flattened, thicknesses were inconsistent and the stitching was thin. Areas of the logo did not match the art or the digital proof they provided for approval. I was told this is the best their team is capable of. I have worked with other companies that could produce much higher quality embroidery for more difficult designs. I did get a refund after having to request it and wasting more of my time getting to a UPS to return the useless hats. Wish I could get this month and a half back and taken the project elsewhere. Sometimes you get what you pay for. Sometimes you get even less. Save yourself some time and start your project with a different company.

I would like to share with you my experience with the My Moving Guys moving company which is run by…read moreStan Trakhtenberg and Stan Krakovsky. After a sudden loss of my husband in October 2018 and being burglarized a month after that in the sum of $175K, I have decided to sell my condo and move to Las Vegas. On the advice of my RE agent, I called Stan Krakovsky to get an estimate. He came to my house with a notepad, wrote everything down and said that he could not tell exactly, but the amount would not exceed $4,500. His people were supposed to pack my things at the rate of $89/hr and packing materials were supposed to be included (except for boxes which I have provided). Included in the quote was my fridge, a giant wardrobe cabinet, a bar set up made of very heavy metal (bar, 3 bar stools and a 4 tier shelf) and my car. I had sold the bar, the fridge and the wardrobe and I drove my car, but none of that was ever credited. At the end of each day the workers were writing an invoice which I had to pay every single day and instead of $89/hr, they were charging me $135/hr saying that they sent three people (never asking me if that's what I wanted). On the last day, when everything was in the truck, after having paid way over $5K, I was told by Stan Krakovsky that unless I pay them AT LEAST $2700 more, he will not release my things...that's EXTORTION. The move cost me in cash about $8K and here is the outcome: * Instead of sending their crew to Las Vegas to unload, as originally agreed, they hired complete, total strangers off Yelp (one of which was making passes at me, which made me feel very nervous) in Las Vegas who are not movers, but landscapers (and even that is highly questionable). * They dumped everything all over the place and a few things are still there because they are too heavy for me to move. My gorgeous, expensive furniture is destroyed beyond fixing, my very expensive, limited addition artwork is broken and now worthless. Many of my things have been lost, stolen or missing. * Things were thrown in boxes (including live plants) without any respect or regard for my property. * I was told by Stan Trakhtenberg that he will work with me on filing a claim, but now that the claim has been submitted, they refuse to answer any of my emails. These people are crooks and I warn you not to deal with them. If anyone can help me find the solution to how to deal with these people, PLEASE, let me know. I NEED HELP AND DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. My claim is in the amount of roughly $35K and that is a very modest amount considering all the damage. I am attaching just a few photos of this disaster

The order placed turn around was about a week, but there was constant confusion being told orders being placed when they were not. Some shirts of the order had strange lines, dirt marks, and small holes. The print job was decent, a crooked print every once in awhile though. This place was the cheapest of the companies searched, but due to their poor service and lack of integrity this place should be avoided.

I was sure to let the businesses know how serious this was to all of us. I found My1of1 through the Yelp process of getting multiple estimates. They were the most competitive bid at $13/shirt with no minimum and that they accepted Amex. Ahmon gave a 7-10 business days approximate turn around so I made sure I collected shirt sizes from my team over 2 weeks prior to the date I wanted the shirts. When I reached out to the email he provided I received a return to sender email notification. He had given me the wrong email. I had to dig up the Yelp message we had to ask him to send me an email. I immediately noticed the typo between the information provided and his actual email. Small mistake, at this point still forgivable. I made my order and paid for my shirts. I had one last minute change in sizes within the day. I asked Ahmon if I can switch one of the sizes. He said he was able to. SIZE WAS NOT CHANGED. If he said it was too late and he already began printing, I would have understood, but he mistakenly reassured me that it wasn't a problem. I did not find this out until after I picked up my shipment and did inventory. Some time passed after I paid and I began worrying about the shirts. I reached out to Ahmon and he said THEY'VE BEEN DONE!! Wow had I known I could have picked them up and distributed to the team sooner. But at least they're done on time. When I went to pick them up at our next mutual availability, he was very apologetic, SUPER NICE, and even offered a partial refund. Honestly I don't want to give anyone a hard time if I get what I need before my event. The shirts were all in a box and a bit more wrinkled and messy than when I have ordered shirts from folks prior. All of the sizes were all over the place and not ordered by sizing so I couldn't check until I got back to my office. The reason that ultimate landed this one star is POOR PRINT QUALITY. I immediately noticed the white parts of our team logo printed very poorly onto the red shirt. You could see the red through the white parts. Not too awful... BUT!! After ONE WASH, the design was COMPLETELY FADED!!! Are you serious?!?!?! This shirt was suppose to be meaningful and something we can remember our deceased loved one and honor him... We all want to keep the shirt in good shape and it was faded in ONE WASH!! Wow... I have cheap clothes that I have worn for years and it hasn't even faded THIS BADLY yet... I am SO UPSET. I don't need a refund. I don't need a pathetic apology. I am pissed at any of the other reviews endorsing this place! Unless you plan on never washing your shirt and wearing the shirt only once, I DO NOT recommend this business. Their poor quality is losing them on a lot of business because I frequently need a shop to print shirts for both personal and business reasons.
