The office manager was kind enough to finally complete what the other department neglected. Anyway they let me seat and wait 1 H.R. 45 minutes and the numbing applications were NOT quite effective by the time the Doctor came in to give the shot. I felt the pain of the shot. The female doctor told me I was fine and walked out. I broke down in tears to the office manager because that was not quality care. The forms could have been completed without the lack of medical care of getting that shot at the appropriate time. This is totally unacceptable. I have an appointment today. I'm already stressed out and filled with anxiety. I will voice my opinion today.

They told us the assessment appointment would take 3 hours, but we were done in half the time. This was because once we got to the back the staff was efficient with each of the assessment tools. This is important when dealing with eyes and retinas.
