The employee present did not correct the situation or ensure my child felt safe. As a parent, that was extremely unsettling. Staff should be paying attention and stepping in when one child is trying to control or push another child around. Allowing that kind of situation to continue without intervention creates an unsafe environment. On top of that, after I cancelled my subscription and informed them that I was cancelling, they still charged me for an additional month. Being billed after cancelling is unacceptable. Between the unsafe situation involving my child and being charged after cancelling, I cannot recommend this business. Parents should be cautious.

My buddy and I used this facility for about 2 weeks. Hayley and her partner which run the facility are very friendly and helpful. The place is kept really clean and the weights are always put back to their original spot, if not by the visitors, than most def by Hayley and her coworker. They def know their clients seeing as they greeted em by name and had conversations with them upon entering the small gym. Pricey but def worth it. If you're looking for a gym that does not get packed and is 100% spotless, this is it. P.S. My buddy and I are still sorry for the dirt we left on the deadlift platform.

The planet fitness off Holland road in Virginia Beach is clean, has plenty of machines and is located in a great location if your running errands and trying to get a workout accomplished. I go early in the mornings and there never really a crowd, really zero interaction with the people or staff except when I come in and scan my membership. I wish planet fitness had a sauna but it definitely fits my needs and I don't plan on canceling the membership anytime soon.

They told me that cancellation needed 2 months noticed and charged me for 2 months which I did not even attend because they had my card. It might be one of the cheapest gyms but their services are very low quality and not worth the price. Peoples dignity and respect is key. I signed up with Anytime in 2015 and I love the fact you can go to any Anytime after a few months…read moreof being a member. The fact that every Anytime, to me, is pretty cool. Each Anytime has its little quirks and they're all different sizes. This is the first one I started going to and it's pretty small so I would only recommend going late during the day (after 7) or late at night (after 10). They have every weight and machine needed to work out each part of your body but it's just really small compared to the others. The only thing I don't really enjoy with Anytime is paying $33/month, while there's other gym's that offer more or just about the same for much less. But that's on me because I didn't do my research before choosing my gym. The only times I am at the gym are late at night so I do not see any staff members. But all the other members seem to have a very well mannered logic to them. No one tries to hog machines and everyone wipes down their equipment when done from what I've noticed. So the environment is pretty chill.

She invited me to drop in for a class to learn the latest and most popular line dances! She knows I love to dance, hence that's how we met... at ODU :) say less girl, I am there!! I visited the site a few weeks ago (on a Saturday) and from the looks of the parking lot, I thought it would be crowded inside. Boy was I wrong, the place is awesome inside! It was not crowded at all. The women's locker room was tidy and smelled fresh. Once I arrived upstairs to the dance room, I did notice workout (machines) equipment as well as free weights. Something for everyone is here! The dance class lasted for about 75 minutes, and it was a total workout! Beginner friendly and Amy makes everyone feel super comfortable and is willing to repeat steps over and over and over :) I didn't think I would work up a sweat doing line dancing, but it was a sweaty ordeal indeed - I loved it! I highly recommend you check out this location. I traveled from Suffolk, therefore it's definitely a hike, but on this day I was planning to be in the area, so it made sense to drop in. You cannot beat this waterfront property. Not a member, like me, just pay a drop in fee and get your body moving :) Have fun and enjoy life :)
