The gym is HUGE and has a ton of equipment with areas for every lifting style (Olympic, CrossFit, and bodybuilding). It is pretty overwhelming at first but the layout is well thought out and functional so you can find what you want pretty quickly. Huge perk: You can access the gym 24/7. Even though I've been lifting for a long time, I initially felt very intimidated by all the obviously fit people there. Let me tell you, I have not had any bad experiences! In the contract, there's a line specifically banning a**hole behavior. Haha If you are in Norfolk and need a clean, well equipped, safe gym to go to, look no further!!

Unfortunately, my experience with customer service has been extremely disappointing. I canceled my personal training program on June 6, but my credit card continued to be charged through the end of July. When I called about the charges, I was told there was no problem and that I would be refunded for the month of July. It has now been over a month, and I still have not received my refund. Even more frustrating, I have repeatedly called, emailed, and asked to speak with someone at the gym, but I cannot get a response. My calls are not returned, my emails go unanswered, and I have had the same experience trying to contact the manager. I really like the gym itself, but the lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable. A simple refund that I was already promised should not be this difficult to resolve. **Customer service at this gym needs serious improvement. I'm still waiting for my refund and still in limbo.**

I signed up with Anytime in 2015 and I love the fact you can go to any Anytime after a few months…read moreof being a member. The fact that every Anytime, to me, is pretty cool. Each Anytime has its little quirks and they're all different sizes. This is the first one I started going to and it's pretty small so I would only recommend going late during the day (after 7) or late at night (after 10). They have every weight and machine needed to work out each part of your body but it's just really small compared to the others. The only thing I don't really enjoy with Anytime is paying $33/month, while there's other gym's that offer more or just about the same for much less. But that's on me because I didn't do my research before choosing my gym. The only times I am at the gym are late at night so I do not see any staff members. But all the other members seem to have a very well mannered logic to them. No one tries to hog machines and everyone wipes down their equipment when done from what I've noticed. So the environment is pretty chill.

I visited the site a few weeks ago (on a Saturday) and from the looks of the parking lot, I thought it would be crowded inside. Boy was I wrong, the place is awesome inside! It was not crowded at all. The women's locker room was tidy and smelled fresh. Once I arrived upstairs to the dance room, I did notice workout (machines) equipment as well as free weights. Something for everyone is here! The dance class lasted for about 75 minutes, and it was a total workout! Beginner friendly and Amy makes everyone feel super comfortable and is willing to repeat steps over and over and over :) I didn't think I would work up a sweat doing line dancing, but it was a sweaty ordeal indeed - I loved it! I highly recommend you check out this location. I traveled from Suffolk, therefore it's definitely a hike, but on this day I was planning to be in the area, so it made sense to drop in.
