Sometimes people are nice but there are definitely some rude, cocky people there with attitude. I also dislike how many influencers or people that are filming themselves. It's busy enough and now I feel like I need to move out of the way because I don't want to be in your video/photos. Also- why does the childcare room only take 2+ year old kids? They should take babies as well. I can't workout here as much as I want because I am a mom of young kids. I like how the ymca can take care of babies starting 6 or 8 weeks I believe. The parking lot is madness when it's busy. Hard to find a spot sometimes. This place just keeps signing up more and more members and so it's overcrowded here. If it wasn't for the indoor lap pool, I would have gone elsewhere for the gym and spend a little more money.

She and the cleaning crew provide 5 star service. Other staff is still hit or miss. Not the most state of the art equipment but there's a lot to choose from overall. During peak times cardio is always open but weights and machines have long waits. Having more than one of the most popular machines would be helpful. Weeknight crowds are a hassle. They lack basic gym etiquette and hold empty machines for themselves and friends during peak times. This is not the place for supersets at 6pm on a Tuesday, bros. There's a cycling room that seems to be utilized twice a week. That space would be great for the training groups that hold class in the middle of the gym (in the "training zone"), while blasting music over the gyms music.

The place is clean and the bathrooms and locker rooms are maintained. Now the staff is amazing and is what kept me coming back. They are all extremely inviting and welcoming every time I come in and actually care about you and your fitness. If you live in the area and need a gym, I would definitely recommend. Please help me…read more Abbey, I requested cancellation December 31, 2025, my last day at the gym, before leaving the state. i was assured my membership was cancelled, when i went up to the desk to make sure, before i left. a very nice gentleman told me: "you have nothing to worry about! your membership is cancelled. you do not need any print-out, it is in the computer." he had opened the computer and entered data, as i stood there at the desk. you owe me for 6 months of the monthly fees, january through june, as well as the yearly fee, you charged to me in february of this year. you said it shows in the computer my last visit was december 31st, 2025. i have called and called and called you as well as billing over these last months. i have put a negative review, reporting your behavior, to the bbb as well as a couple of other places, including planet fitness. in the process, i discovered there are many one star reviews. i expect full payment for the illegitimate charges asap! i'm in shock at the unjust charges! it feels communistic. billing has told me as soon as you give them authorization they will credit me! i need reimbursement immediately for: $16.13 x six months totalling $96.78 + $52.68 for the yearly fee you charged me in february. you owe me: $149.46 total and i expect you to have the integrity and customer care to refund me in full asap. hoping and praying you will give billing authorization to pay me. sincerely, joyce redger

I'm on week 3 at BodyTrac and I really like it. The experience is similar to personal training (each class only has a max of 4 ppl- so far I typically am only with 1 other person). There is a planned workout and so far no burpees (yaaaayyyyy). You do 30 min of cardio at your own pace- but there is a suggested cardio plan on the wall. Then you do 30 min with Corey the trainer. Everyone I've met is very friendly, Corey is a good combo of pushing you but also not a drill Sargent. He does monthly body composition measurements as part of the program so you can track your progress. The equipment is new, the facility is nice, and the location is great- plenty of parking and right next door to 7/11 for that post workout coffee :) It's extremely affordable for the value of the training you get. If you have tried everything else and you just can't get motivated to workout- this might be the place for you. It's working for me so far and I gotta say I'm shocked. I've gone from dreading and hating the idea of working out to being neutral- which is a big step for me. And that's in 3 short weeks.
