I went to this F45 for their Halfrox! It was one of the most fun fitness challenges I've ever done…read more I was blown away how well done and professionally set up. There were coaches everywhere and it was well organized. Highly highly recommend as a facility to train for Hyrox.

Joining F45 was the best thing I've ever done. Believe me, I was scared to death and asked Justin,…read morethe membership manager, a million questions and even went to see the gym before I joined. I went in with the mentality that I would just go ask questions and maybe join later on. He made me confident that even though I was incredibly out of shape that I could do the workouts. I walked out a foundation member and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. I started off a few weeks ago, scared that I wouldn't make it through the workout. I did Hollywood which is the Saturday workout first. It is a 60 minute intense workout. Yes, I was sore, but I was so proud of myself making it through the workout that I didn't care. As I kept going, the pain or soreness that I experienced from working out has subsided and I can feel myself getting stronger. I used to just go to the gym and do a quick workout and leave. I tried to follow workout plans and would just get bored or give up. With the help of the trainers, I'm going things I would have never expected that I could do. The gym is small, it's meant for a class at a time and is set up depending on the workout. You'd be surprised how much can be packed into the gym in a class. Each workout is different and geared towards a theme. I suggest just going to a class before you judge it based on the name of it. A great example of this would be Foxtrot. It is military based and that worried me that I couldn't complete it. In fact, originally that was the only class I didn't book. As I said, I was out of shape and didn't think I would make it through but I did. There are modifications for various exercises and levels of training. You also can use a Lionheart heart rate monitor that connects to the screens in the back of the classes and tells you the percentage of your maximum heart rate you are using. You get a report at the end of the class that shows your points during the class that you achieved based on your heart rate and calories burned. It also shows a trend line for your workout. This is so helpful and makes me push a little harder when I know I have dropped my heart rate some. The staff is great. Nathan and his wife are super sweet and really seem to care about you as an individual. Justin is encouraging and always there to give you a high five. Chase and Kaitlyn have helped me to bring my fitness level to a level that I now feel more confident doing the exercises. I wouldn't push myself without them. Hannah is also very nice. I haven't been to her class yet but she was present in one of the Hollywood sessions I attended and was helpful. The members are encouraging and it already feels like family. My suggestion, give it a shot. You might just surprise yourself like I did!

My minor son and his friends were approached while eating at Culver's by two Countryside Crunch…read moreFitness employees--Alex and Matthew--who solicited them to 'help out' a new salesman. Alex represented that their cards would be charged one cent and immediately canceled so he could receive credit for the sale. In reliance on that representation, the minors provided payment information. Contrary to those express representations, each has now been charged for a full membership and is being told they cannot cancel for three months. When my son sought resolution today at Countryside Crunch, management claimed the contracts were with Palm Harbor; Palm Harbor then sent him back to Countryside. This runaround is unacceptable and indicates deceptive, unfair, and predatory sales practices targeting minors. Be advised that I am documenting this incident and preserving all communications. I will be filing formal complaints with the Florida Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division, the Better Business Bureau, and Crunch Fitness corporate, and I am consulting counsel regarding claims under Florida's Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), as well as potential rescission based on minority and misrepresentation. I demand immediate cancellation of all memberships, a full refund of any charges, and written confirmation that no further charges will be processed. If this is not resolved within five business days, I will pursue all available legal and regulatory remedies. No one in my family will patronize Crunch Fitness, and I will encourage others to avoid it.
