For $40/month... with no contracts or fees at all. With all that comes a more serious clientele that you wouldn't find at a regular EOS Fitness. A lot of places made me feel judged, out of place, or too intimidated to ask questions. I was always the guy dressed in all black, headphones on, head down, trying not to be noticed while just surviving the workout and leaving. But somehow, in only a month, FitClub completely changed that for me. Ryan, Jessie, Felipe (my amazing trainer), Jacob... thank you. Seriously. You guys created an environment that feels human. Real. Supportive. I've gone from hiding in the corner to actually laughing, having conversations, showing up in bright colors, and feeling like I belong there. That may sound small to some people, but for someone like me, it's honestly a huge deal. People underestimate how powerful a gym environment can be. A good gym doesn't just change your body. It changes the way you see yourself. And for the first time in a long time, I'm starting to feel confident walking into a space instead of ashamed. FitClub isn't just a gym to me anymore. And now I'm seeing there's the demand and noticing the trend of infrared saunas popping up at traditional gyms.. but I will share with you why I love coming here to Hotworx over the big box gym more now! I've fallen in love with working out in an infrared sauna. The heat mixed with infrared energy makes doing ISO (ie yoga, Pilates, Barre, core, and HITT) style workouts feel ahhhmazing! The heat gives my bones and joints the extra support they need. I can do deeper stretches, have better mobility, gain more strength.. and I honestly, I feel my body recovers quicker and sweating out the toxins helps with clearer complexion too! The virtual instructors in the infrared sauna sessions make you feel like they're right there guiding you--challenging you, giving you options and also beginner-friendly, no pressure to be a pro. My hula sis first told me how much infrared helped her heal, and my husband shared how infrared light eased his shoulder pain --so I gave it a try, signed up for 3 months, and I'm glad I did. Now I spend about 80% of my fitness time here instead of a traditional gym because the results just hit different. I also love how easy it is to stay consistent. The app lets me book sessions, track progress, follow my goals, and even watch virtual tutorials. This Henderson studio itself is spotless. They sanitize constantly, steam clean equipment, and have wipes and sprays everywhere. It feels good knowing the space is truly cared for. I love that the environment does not feel overwhelming nor I feel rushed or intimidated using equipment.. the saunas can share up to 3 friends. Their patented rowing machine, the different workout cycles, and the functional training area (FX ZONE) keep things fun and challenging. A HUGE plus, the owner Holly and staff here goes above and beyond with little touches: like oranges for post-workout fuel, cold towelettes infused with essential oil, they motivate members thru fitness challenges, and reward them during their 90-day "earn the burn" challenge. You can tell they value their community. My contract is month to month basis. There are two types of memberships. I started out last year with the basic package.. then upgraded to the elite one couple months ago because there's a Hotworx studio nearby wherever I travel to! It's worth the investment for my health and well being. Longevity for my body is priority now, so if you are for a workout that can be easier on the joints but powerful for strength, flexibility, mobility and recovery and just overall well-being --infrared training is a game changer! The gym offers Functional Intensity Training (FIT), Cardio Kickboxing, and Lift Clinic. I mainly go…read moreto FIT class. Workouts vary daily. Sometimes it's a combination of weightlifting and cardio (cleans/deadlifts with box jumps/running/assault bike) and some CrossFit style movements. Other times mainly strength with minimal cardio in between. Then another time just a whole damn hour of pure and fun cardio (sets of movements including 50 burpees, 500 jump ropes, 400 m runs, etc.), bruhhhhh. Theme days are becoming more common recently (glutes/legs day, ab/core day, etc.). In addition to the basic gym essentials, special equipment like sleds, tires, battle ropes, ski ergs, hurdles just to name a few are incorporated in the workout. Each movement may be modified for comfort and skill level. The earliest class is at 6:30am and latest at 7:15pm. Times and classes may vary. Class reservations are made online. The owner Edwin and other coaches are very knowledgeable. They're great at what they do. They will ensure that the members are able to perform the correct technique and movements to improve their performance as well as not to hurt themselves. You may even receive goodies for finishing the workout. Edwin will randomly reward you with cheese, wine, cookies, candies, air freshener :), etc. Almost all the regular gym goers that I had the chance to work out with were very kind and friendly. I like the motivation and camaraderie that this gym has. I sense the family vibe, lol. In terms of cleaning and sanitizing, the coaches and members are responsible for cleaning up the after themselves. Everyone (well, the majority at least lol) has been doing their part to keep the cleanliness of this place. Sanitizing wipes and sprays are used after each class. There are multiple hand sanitizers in the front desk area and in between the cubbies. Amenities: -Bathrooms-- Decent and clean. There are always at least 3 kinds of soap in the women's bathroom lol. Somehow the water is always cold though, but that's ok it's tolerable. -Cubbies-- Enough for everybody to put belongings in. I usually just carry my water tumbler and gloves with me which fit perfectly in the cubby. Some members carry big gym bags and they fit at the bottom cubby just fine. -Coffee/Water-- Keurig coffee by the front desk area is free btw :) No water dispenser, but there are water bottles available for $1 each, so always bring water with you. Price: First class is free prior to signing up for a membership. The membership fee is also a bit more affordable compared with other places that offer workout classes. You can sign up for monthly for $120, 6-month plan for $95, or 12-month plan for $75. All of these plans are unlimited, you can take 4 classes daily if you want lol. Punch card and daily pass are options as well. Parking: plenty of spots

Each workout is unique, so rest assure, you are doing a new workout every day you come in. What I personally love is you don't have to think about what you're going to do when you get to the gym. Just follow the workout when you get here. And since these are all group classes, you not only have the support of your instructor, but also the rest of the members going through the same workout. It's a helluva community and I feel fortunate to be a part of. As for my personal results, I am proud to say I am now 186 lbs. I haven't been in the 180's in over a decade, so I am seeing tremendous results month after month. Did I mention I still eat terribly? =) Yup, all my results can be attributed to Revolution Fitness Evolved because I LOVE food a bit too much. Next stop, 170's. =)

I'm allergic to furry animals . So I asked management if they can do something about the god being on the gym floor they said no because there is certain lawns for service dogs and that they could loose there jobs if they refuse them .. that's fine with me but I'm pretty sure the service dogs and has to be on a leash . But no this member lets his dog rome the gym floor no leash and the dog goes up to other members and sniffs them . It's so weird and rude .. not every one like dogs . So y let the member allow his dog to free room the gym floor . Not to judge or anything the. Guy just hangs out there and not even working out .. yes I could come at a different time but y should is I inconvenience myself when I'm paying for 4 memberships $120 a month .. if mang meant is reading this please tell him to keep his Dan dog on a leash and have some courtesy to other members what if the dog comes up to me I'm going to swell up cause I'm allergic to dogs. David and Reble are the best owners. They are involved and super engaging. Love just chatting with them about anything and everything. This studio is open and inviting... and if you're on the fence about trying something different and new... know that everyone had to start somewhere. And this studio is a Great place to be a beginner. Everyone may row together, but everyone's workout is different. Just depends on how much you want to push and make it hard. I love that there are different types of classes to mix it up. Plus, they have special classes like "80s Music", "Country Music", relay rows, watch a movie row, etc... And if you are wondering.... they offer an Intro to Row class every month. Call the studio... ask. I believe your first class is Free. So, why wait?
