We did family portraits, product photos for clothing, couples' shots of me and my wife, and even a few extra solo photos--all in one amazing space. They knew exactly how to set us up, what angles worked best, and how to keep my kids engaged. Everything felt professional but also super comfortable. Our estimate was prepared in a timely and accurate manner. The Joy Squad team arrived on time and set up as per spec. They managed our guests respectfully and quickly and delivered amazing images. They were also able to adjust to last minute requests on the fly like modifying the logo overlays on finished images. Lastly, we were invoiced promptly and accurately and was provided a beautiful recap of the activity along with all images and supporting material. This is truly a first class company that knows how to over-deliver!!

He promptly responded and put me on schedule at my requested location on a Sunday morning at 8 am. This was perfect for our situation as my grandpa needed to sign as well and Sunday mornings are the one day we both see each other since we live in opposite sides of town. Michael communicated well and during the notary was both very professional and meticulous. He thoroughly reviewed the documents and even let us know that they had been prepared properly to later be recorded without issue. His final price was reasonable and close to the amount we had discussed. Overall I was very impressed with the experience, price and professionalism in which the notary process took place. As a 26 year old, I am often not taken seriously when it comes to handling these mature transactions but Michael never made me feel that way.... again just very professional and meticulous. I will definitely be using his services again should the need arise.

I have a very special family photo from early 1940's that was yellowed and warped, but was still in…read moredecent condition. It's my Auntie and Uncle and my Mom treasured this picture. Meanwhile their own children don't have this precious picture. I posted it on a family group text and they begged me for it. I was so afraid to put it in the mail for 3 reasons: it might get lost, folded, and/or bad weather would destroy it. I also decided to make copies of it so each of the 4 children could have one. So, I took it to Pro Image and he assured me that he would make copies and they wouldn't be yellow. He brought them out when finished and they literally astounded me! The photo quality pictures he made of this aged picture appeared as if they had just been taken today!!! They couldn't be more perfect!!! Also, he quoted me the price before he made them for me and I was shocked at how reasonable they were. I never expected such quality photos for the price. He even went another step further and emailed me a copy of it to send to the family. Thank you, Andy!!! We looked around your store and your work is simply stellar!!! Much appreciated!!!

Anyway, every roll no matter what kind of roll I bring over there comes out looking like a really bad Instagram filter. It's like they set their digitizer to the lowest possible quality. There's no small talk, there's no tech talk, nothing really friendly about the place. I'll be honest. There's just drop off your film m, give your money pick up your stuff and get out. I'm terrible at customer service so I avoid any jobs where I have to talk to people. This is good advice for the guy that works there. If you don't wanna be there, we know you don't wanna be there we can tell. So maybe find a job where you can work behind a computer and you don't have to talk to anyone? Just a thought. I'm going to spend my time learning how to develop at home so thank you for that inspiration I guess.

Nice intimate spot for concerts/shows…read more Prices were pretty reasonable for the show we watched on a Friday night. I bought tickets on their website, and that was pretty easy to navigate. Parking looked very limited on the map, but there are actually additional parking spaces on the street and on the side of the building. There are parking attendants that will assist you with parking, and it was pretty efficient. When you step inside, you'll go through a metal detector and security. There's a small bar, but I was pretty impressed with the amount of alcohol and win/beer that they have. Prices for drinks were reasonable. The sound system in the venue was perfect. Seats / tables were comfortable. Not a bad seat in the house. I really enjoyed the setting and had fun.
