Thanks to Shaun and Tania at Imagine Studios for a great photo experience. They captured a lot of the special requests I had and I loved the variety of pictures Shaun took. He mixed up different styles and we have plenty to choose from to make our wedding album. Many compliments from our guests as well. He even went the extra mile to take photos of each table. Now we are planning on printing those to send with our Thank You notes. I think the guests will appreciate this extra memory of the day. They deleted half my video!!! My wedding had a blooper. When I was half-way down the isle, I stopped and said "we're doing this again!" WHY WOULD YOU DELETE THAT?!?! That's part of the ceremony! I was looking fwd to seeing and laughing at that memory! HUGELY DISAPPOINTED with this company. I paid for the entire ceremony to be recorded. That's what I should have gotten!!! read more

We loved our experience with Imagine Studios. They shot our wedding at Caesars Palace. Danelle was our photographer. She rocked! She was excellent and the pictures our gorgeous. She was fun and easy to work with and had some great ideas. She took pictures of us all over Caesars... they're great! We also used their Picbots machine for a photobooth at our reception. Spring for the green screen - our guests loved loved loved being able to change the background, use props, etc. Scott was our photobooth guy... he was great. We were married 10.11.15 - It's scary when you're doing everything yourself...how do you book what you want to be your perfect day Online?? We chose Vegas to make it easier for people to come from all over, not because we wanted a cheesy wedding....so when I heard you had to use photographers attached to the wedding sites you chose, I was deflated. So many pictures I looked at from different venues were so 'tacky tourist' and looked like I could take them with my own camera. When we settled on Juno Garden as the perfect site, I immediately went to Imagine Studios to see how many photographers there were and what the photos were like. I let out a sigh of relief when I saw how great they were! I wrote down about 8 or 10 that I loved and emailed them directly asking who took them. The majority they told me were Danelle (not with an "I") so I told our wedding coordinator we needed to have her! She booked her directly and I can't tell you how much stress was off my shoulders. Danelle contacted me before hand by email to ask what I would like for our wedding pictures - the style which we wanted to be both classy/magazine quality and some fun, offered some hilarious photoshop options (I'm surprised my husband didn't add the zombie or Star Wars ones) and made sure she knew exactly what we wanted ahead of time. She seriously was totally amazing come wedding day. My cousin took longer than expected on my hair so we had only a short period before they had to hustle me to the bridal room - but she always had a gentle smile and her soothing calm voice when giving only slight direction really helped keep things enjoyable. What I thought wouldn't be much turned into a tonne of awesome pictures. After the ceremony, the only thing I regret is she was trying to look out for me - asked if I wanted more family photos. I'd only taken a couple of group ones. I was so wrapped up I hadn't realized and said no that's okay. She walked up to me, looked me in the eyes and said "Are you sure?" trying to let me know, but I didn't get the hint. I now miss that I had the opportunity to do some with certain sections of my family and thank her for trying to tell me, that was really great of her. The photos leading to the reception were stunning and as we walked, so many people yelled "Congratulations!!" or asked to take pictures with us! I mean we looked pretty sharp ;) She was patient through all of it. I only asked for a couple at the reception and as we were eating she came up, smiled and asked if that was all we needed, to be sure before she left. Including black and white there were over 800 pictures! She photoshopped anything I wanted, if I thought my hair was out of place or I wanted some zoomed in and cropped - so many she adjusted without ONE word of complaint - all with a happy attitude. We recently had our wedding at Caesars Palace, who has a contract with Imagine Studios. Our wedding photos were the most important thing in my mind, as that is what lasts the longest. I was fairly nervous, because we did not get to hand select our photography studio or photographer. But when we first met Sam, our photographer, the nerves went out the window. He was so funny and easy to work with. All our guests loved him. I mentioned that I wanted "artsy" wedding photos, and boy did he deliver! The pictures came out great! One of the best parts of working with Imagine Studios was the turn around time for receiving the pictures. We had our photo CD within a week! Great job guys!!! read more

Very very disappointed with our whole experience dealing with them. Our photographer was amateurish in that it was the same poses time and time again and his proportions were way off and the photos were crooked, not in an artistic way. He was supposed to have known the grounds but when we told him the backgrounds we would like he appeared to not know the location and where would be the best places to take the photos. Included in our wedding package was an additional hour of photography, but we did not get our full time. I did not realize this at the time because none of us had watches, but when we got to our room we saw that we still had a few minutes with him. That was after we continued taking our own photos with our family. He did take over 300 photos most of which were quadruple shots and portrait, hardly any landscape shots. Part of our wedding package also included a $100 credit towards prints. In February we received an email regarding a 20% off promotion. I contacted them via email asking if we could use both our credit and the promotion. First response I got was a no. Then I received both an email and phone call from a girl named Autumn saying yes I could. I called her and placed my order. Over two weeks after placing my order I contacted her wanting to know the status, to which she said she could not find the order. After refreshing her memory and waiting another two weeks I have emailed and called, receiving no response from anyone regarding my order. Can't believe they claim to be professionals when they can't complete a simple order consisting of just one print and do not return customer phone calls and emails. They also don't seem to be able to take decent photos being that my 5 year old nephew has better sense for taking balanced, unique, and artistic photos. And let's not forget that obviously they're lacking internal communication as well since their employees don't know what can and cannot be done. Imagine Studios ready needs to get their act together before ruining anyone else's wedding day and memories! read more

The pictures turned out fantastic, every single shot in the CD are simply amazing. Just wanted to say thanks again on behalf of Raquel and I, we are so glad we paid for the extra hour as well as the CD - 40 pic album and usb stick. They were contracted out through the Flamingo for our wedding. We liked the photographer himself, but felt his photos were hit and miss. We loved some and hated others. Weird backgrounds and facial expressions were captured and some of the lighting he used made my fresh makeup look shiny and weird. Out of 144 photos I think there were about 40 that we liked enough to get prints of. Definitely not worth the money to pay for a disc of the photos but I like that everyone in the group can go online and order the pictures that they want. read more

My husband and I got married on 4/6/2017 at the Aria and we LOVED how everything turned out! As for the photography & videography, the package we chose included 1 hour of photography and we added 2 hours photography & 3 hours videography. It was a little pricey but worth every penny. Tina, Danelle, and Alex were great to work with! They were very responsive with all my questions. My husband and I LOVED with how the photos & video came out. If you are going to use Imagine Studios and want someone to capture the cheese of an Elvis Pink Cadillac elopement in a non-prom posed/ non-glamour shot style, ask for Shaun!! Shaun took the time to understand our vision and made 2 extremely goofy and non-photogenic people feel comfortable in front of a camera. He provided great ideas for locations and settings throughout downtown Vegas and also was nice enough to be our witness. Shaun's professionalism and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Ask for Danielle to be the photographer if you choose this company. Hands down one of the easiest vendors to work with for our wedding. Danielle was EXCELLENT! Very knowledgeable and efficient. Clearly knew her way around the Aria hotel/casino and got in so many pictures. At first I was skeptical about using a recommended photographer place thinking that a working relationship with the casino was more important than quality. Was I wrong. First class all the way. And the turn around time was really fast. Don't just believe me about Danielle and her photography skills. I was very disappointed with our wedding photos. We purchased a wedding package through Caesars Palace and had to use this company or else we would have to pay an outside vendor fee. The photgrapher was really nice, BUT he failed to take many of the traditional poses that you would expect and want in your wedding album. He didn't get a single photo of my husband and I that I would want to enlarge and hang in a beautiful frame in our home. So disappointed. read more

Most of our wedding pictures were crooked and looked very unexperienced. Eyes are closed in most of our photos, shadows cover our faces, and there is a restaurant in the background of our family photos. I don't know if he was new or if its because they came with our wedding package so they just didn't care how my pictures turned out but they don't look professional and the ones family took of us turned out better. We are so dissapointed that we didn't even want our free prints. read more

I was flying in from Texas to surprise my girlfriend with a proposal and I was nervous enough as it is. Autumn was very helpful and Scott was behind the scenes making sure that everything was set before my phiotographer Danielle came to setup. She took 200 photos in 1 hour and caputured every moment. Danelle was our wedding photographer and did an AMAZING job!! She made me feel at ease when I was worried about getting enough pictures in our 1 hour session and then took even more pictures than I was expecting! She had a great vibe and we had a lot of fun taking photos with her. Danelle then turned around our wedding photos in 24 hours so we could get the hard copies before we left for our honeymoon!! I could go on for paragraphs about how much fun Michael made our photo session. Or how easy coordinating with Tina was. But I will keep it short and say that we chose to buy the master CD with all of our images on it as we wanted pictures of our elopement ASAP to show our families. The raw images are so amazing that they look as if they are already edited. We will likely seek out some fine tuning, but honestly, they don't need much help. We were married at the Flamingo in Dec. 2015, they contract with Imagine Studios... Alex handled the video end of it and he and his team did an absolutely phenomenal job. His experience was clearly evident throughout the day, he was engaging, attentive and professional. We asked if there was any way we could have the video before christmas (giving him 13 days to get the finished product to Canada) and he said yes. Unfortunately Alex did not receive our proper address from Shaun (sales rep) so the video was sent to parts unknown. I sent Alex an email letting him know that the address was incomplete and he got back to me immediately, he said he would put another DVD in the mail that day and also provide us with both the highlight and feature video online so we could share them with family on christmas day. Alex went above and beyond, the quality was superb, as was the editing, we could not be more happy with both. The second DVD arrived in the mail a few days later.( Danelle was our photographer. She was also excellent, very professional and did a fantastic job. We told Danelle that we were willing to pay extra shipping to have our wedding album before christmas, she said we would have to talk to our sales rep about that, but thought it was likely we would have them by the 24th of Dec. We met with Shaun the sales rep the morning after the wedding to view our photos and purchase what we wanted. Our wedding package (purchased from the Flamingo) included 6 - 4x6's and a $90.00 photo credit. We ordered the 4X6's and used the $90.00 photo credit toward the purchase of a wedding album. Shaun went through all the photos one by one and we chose what we wanted for the album. We loved most of them, and chose approximately 70 images to go in the album. We also ordered a memory stick with one image on it (to have 100 wallet size photos in a wedding announcement cards made.) The cost for that stick was $35.00. We paid for that, the wedding album and priority shipping. Shaun told us we in all likelihood would have everything before christmas. When he asked for our mailing address I gave him an address card. ( We had moved just before the wedding so I had a few of them in my purse.) When we arrived home from our honeymoon a week later, there was an email from Danelle (the photographer) that included a link to all of our wedding pictures (watermarked of course). Looking at them we not only realized that there were a number of images we had never seen before, but we would have chosen them over others for our album. I called Danelle and she apologized profusely for the mistake and gave me an explanation I didn't really understand. She was in the process of designing our album and to make up for the mistake added 4 more pages to it, which allowed us to choose many of the photos we were seeing for the first time. At that time she informed me that we would not receive the album before christmas, but should have it no later than January 3rd. We were fine with that and pleased that we would at least have 4 more pages in our album. Danelle completed the album design that same evening and sent me the proof for approval, we liked it and said go ahead. When she confirmed our mailing address we realized part of it was missing and made the correction with her. She said she would let Shaun (the sales rep) know of the mistake and correct it on his end also. At that time I sent Alex (the videographer) an email with the correct address and as I said earlier, he looked after it promptly. At the end of December our 4X6 prints arrived, they were excellent, but the memory stick we had paid $35.00 for was not in the package. I notified Shaun and we eventually received a refund cheque for 35.00 and a "sorry for the mistake." January 3rd went by with no album, so a week later I contacted Danelle, suggesting that our address had not been corrected and the album might be lost. She assured me that was not the case and that our album had just been shipped with the correct address. A week later we still did not have it so I sent her another email. She got back to me back to me saying she had just spoken with the company and it was almost ready to be shipped. I angrily replied, pointing out her earlier lie, she ignored that and assured me the album would arrived shortly. It didn't. More emails, more excuses, no album. Danelle contacted me again, saying she ordered another album along with 2 smaller ones we could give to family to make up for all the problems. I asked that she cancel it, that we we have 6 4X6's and will settle for those. We contacted our credit card company to dispute the approximate $500.00 US charge. The bank immediately credited us the money and will deal with Imagine Studios. Stay away from this company. read more
