My son's senior pictures taken June 2, are the worst I've ever seen of him with eyes half closed, not sitting straight, and another where he's looking off to the side like a 1970s photo. When I called to ask about a retake, the woman who answered was very abrupt and unhelpful, "Call back one month before our retake date." So my son, and I'm sure many other seniors, will have terrible pictures on their school IDs for the entire year. It's disappointing that neither the photographers nor the company seem concerned about taking quality photos.
