We still wanted to get married as planned so we decided to do a micro wedding in town and push our large reception to what will be our 1 year anniversary. I didn't know where to start! Navigating fees and permits, outdoor rentals, decor, etc. was not something I was ready to tackle on such a tight timeline. We found Heather and after a phone call I knew we were in great hands. I told her our ideas and she designed a package for us that fit our needs perfectly- she also suggested the perfect location! I was sold.  As the months leading up to our wedding passed, 2020 continued to throw curveballs our way. My fiance's father got sick, my grandma passed, and my dad had impending open heart surgery. A hard year just kept getting harder. As time continued to pass and we were so busy with travel to be with family on top of "normal" life, Heather was always a gentle voice letting me know that everything was being handled and that we didn't need to add our wedding to the list of things to worry about. It was such a relief to have her. She was always so kind and compassionate, even when the day was getting close and I was emailing her constantly with questions!  Our big day finally came. I didn't look anything like we imagined when we first got engaged, but it was absolutely perfect. Covid ruined our plan A, but Heather took our plan B and made magic. Our ceremony space was beautiful. She went above and beyond what we had talked about and I was blown away when I arrived. Beyond the coordination, she was also an incredibly fun photographer to work with and her experience and love for what she does is palpable. We got our sneak peek photos the same day and were over the moon. We got the full album back in way less time than expected and are just so in love with the photos. We look through them often to relive the best day that 2020 gave us and our families. We can't thank Heather enough for all of the love and work she put into our wedding.

When I met her I already felt super comfortable and that just made it easier to relax and be ourselves for the pics. If you need pics for your elopement or whatever you may need that she does I would more than highly suggest Heather!!!!

She is an amazing person, her charisma makes you feel more comfortable in situations where you are nervous(Like your wedding!) it makes you feel like you are hanging out with friends (which in a couple hours that's what will happen with such an amazing person like her) which makes things more fun!. The images she took there are no words to describe them, the quality and attention to detail makes you know how passionate she is, and will always blow you away! we have about 40 pics from her session on display since we couldn't settle for one or two, I love looking at them and have told people how amazing she is and how everyone should book with her if they are in Vegas. Needles to say, When we decided that this year we had to do a mini celebration of our anniversary and to go back to Vegas, One of the first thing we had to do was contact Kristen and ask her if she could work with us again, and I just got the pictures from that time, I was jumping up and down smiling to no end seeing how incredible the shoot was!. I will say it to no end, she is AMAZING! and everyone should go and look for her if you want to have incredible photos of your special occasions!

When it came to taking photos, she made me feel stunning and so comfortable in front of the camera. What really blew us away, though, was her patience with our dogs. We set up what we wanted for my daughter's graduation photos and Audrey scouted out the location. She asked lots of questions. On the day of the shoot she had it all planned out and we spent a few hours in 4 different locations on campus. She is amazing getting photos of my senior Pomeranian in over 100 degree weather. Audrey is always patient and kind. As a mom I was getting tired but she knew exactly how to set and make the photos amazing! We picked out the photos a week later and ordered them. My daughter is now studying abroad but she made the order so easy that I am going to be able to get her photos to her without a problem. Audrey comes highly recommended! We had to reschedule our wedding 2 times due to this and Nicole slyly added a 100$ rescheduling fee to our contract. As soon as we cancelled Nicole was extremely slow at replying to messages and when there is £1,012.42 at stake this is unacceptable. We have received a partial refund of £326.00 which is utterly shocking when Nicole hasn't had to buy anything for our wedding shoot, she was told 30 days prior to our date (which we physically could not attend) we will be cancelling and hasn't actually lost out on any money what so ever! She's in fact gained money when she wouldn't of been able to work on our wedding date anyway. Nicole's photos look great but she has no empathy towards her customers or customer service skills. If I could give this woman negative stars I would. I cannot even begin to full express in words how…read morehorrendous my experience was with her. She was supposed to photograph the time when my bridesmaids and I were getting ready for the wedding. First of all she showed up late, after my hair was already completed by the amazing woman at Perfect Hair and Makeup...hire them! They do an amazing job! But not only that, she stood in the corner and did not direct anyone, or take any initiative to capture photos. She barely talked at all. Just a wallflower. It was awkward and uncomfortable and it was clearly evident in the photos. On top of that she just disappeared without letting me know she would not be returning or what had happened to her. After the wedding she sent me email after email complaining about my infant son and my family being bothersome. After waiting a month for my images even though she told me she completed them before I had even left Vegas (were from out of town) she sent me 23 images. 23 of the 144 she had already told me she completed. This isn't even the end of it. I posted the pictures on my facebook page and have her photography credit as her watermark is clearly displayed and she goes off on me on my profile pic saying copyright infringement and calling me names, as well as slandering me. She also told me that she only sent me the crappier of the photos she took. I have plenty of photographer friends who were absolutely appalled! They even offered to reshoot new images for me because of how awful it was. Unfortunately I can't get those images or recreate those moments. I would never want another bride to have to experience what I went through. It is devastating. DO NOT HIRE STEPHANIE RUFFOLO! In response to the owner comment I would like to clarify that I placed an ad on Craigslist stating I was an experience model looking for a TFCD shoot of the time my bridesmaids and I were getting ready. The professionals included in my plans were Perfecthairandmakeup.com, The Pastry Palace, and Buca di Beppo. I had made arrangements with all of these paid vendors that I would provide them with images from Stephanie showcasing their services with her logo and photography credit. As well as sharing images of the dress. This would have provided her with great referrals and advertisement of her services. I had also intended to refer her to the 100+ models that attend events in Vegas every year. I have spent years modeling rockabilly, pinup, and boudoir shoots. Obviously I would have left raving reviews if that was how I felt. Word of mouth for any small business can make or break them. The schedule included hair arriving at 2:00pm. Stephanie did not arrive until 245. She then proceeded to take my belongings and set them up for images which was great. But after that she just stood there. Not once did she inquire about the schedule or express what she wanted to convey in her images. When I tried to get more detail she said she was just following me. To shun me because I had to nurse my son, being a mother herself is rather saddening. I have a 10 month old who was out of his element and seeking comfort. According to this ad Stephanie's time cost 148 for unlimited hours. I received 2. If she had communicated her concerns rather then berating me on email, I would have been happy to work something out with her financially. As far as facebook, the 23 images I have all contain the watermark. When I had changed my profile pic on my mobile it's automatically crops it to a square and you can't see the watermark, even though it is still there. If she had sent me a private message stating that you couldn't see it, I would have happily changed it. Instead she commented on my photo and slandered and insulted me. This is not how a professional handles herself. Even if there is a conflict between personalities, a professional remains respectful and handles the situation without insults or injury. This situation does not only affect me. The images she chose not to share are images I can't recreate. My niece doesn't get pictures of being the flowergirl in her Aunts wedding, my mom doesn't get images of her daughter getting ready on her big day, my friends can't see the moments we laughed and shared. My groom can't see his bride. I am not smearing Ms. Ruffolo. I am expressing what honestly occurred in the horrible experience and the continued onslaught of insults. If anyone would like verifiable proof you can email me at Shannon.j.taylor@hotmail.com. I am a mother of 6 children with a husband in the Navy. We may not have had the finances to have a lavish wedding with expensive champagne, but we did the best that we could without sacrificing our children's needs. We drove from Oklahoma to have an intimate wedding with a few family and friends. At photo shoots 1000 square feet is filled with models, hair stylists, photographers, associates etc. We were in a premiere suite. These are the insults that are unnecessary.
