I booked an appointment at sunset for half an hour and Amber over-exceeded my expectations. You pre-pay to book your, complete your session and within 1-3 weeks, she delivers your gallery. First off, she was unbelievable and kind with my kids and with my hubby and I. She made sure I got all the poses I wanted. Dee was our photographer on the night of our wedding celebration. She was very pleasant to work with and had a great attitude. The only comment I received from family and friends is that she didn't give them any direction on how to pose for the picture, nor did she show us how the pictures were coming out on her camera. When we received the pictures on a disc about 2 weeks later, my husband and I were deeply disappointed with the quality of the pics. There were more than several pictures in which you could see the additional flashes in the background (I have posted a few examples). Some of my family members' faces were faded in the pic due to the flash. There was also NOT ONE picture of my husband and I that I could blow up due to all of the shadows in the background. EPIC FAIL. When I brought this up to Amber, one of the owners of the company, she really had no idea what I was talking about, as if she blindly gave me the CD of pictures without looking at them first. I worked with her for about 2 weeks as she tried to fix the pictures. Several times she tried to give me excuse after excuse: the light in the banquet room is really dim and we have to use additional flash ( ok guys, you take pictures in this room nearly every weekend, wouldn't you have worked out the kinks by now?!), the flash from the camera and the photo booth were interfering with each other ( the pics were taken on opposite sides of the room, so no further comment there), the photographer stayed 20 min after the contracted time to take pics of the dances ( what good is 20 additional minutes if im not even able to use the pics because of all of flashes in the background?!). I finally told Amber I did not need any more excuses or explanations, I merely wanted my pics fixed or some money back. Needless to say, she contacted me 5 days later and told me they made me a new disc and fixed some of the pics. One other thing she did not tell me was that the initial CD was only formatted for pictures printed up to 5x7, so when I went to blow some of the pictures up even larger, they came out blurry. In fact, the photo girl had thought that my picture was taken from a cell phone...NOT a professional photographer :( When I went to pick up the new CD, I was able to speak to Edgar, the other owner of the company. He tried to tell me that he did not think the original pictures were bad at all. He tried to convince me that some people like a lot of flash in pictures or a 'faded' face look--- I'm sorry, I don't know ANYONE who appreciates a huge flash in the background of a picture. He turned out to be just like his wife--full of excuse after excuse. The pictures were a little better, but by this time, I was too exhausted to ask for anything further (not to mention, I am now pregnant with full-blown morning sickness). At the end of the day, I may blow up maybe 2 of the 10 pictures they redid for me. AE Media Production was a complete waste of money. If I had to do it over, I think I'd forgo the 'professional photography ' services and have my mom use her cell phone camera and we would have better pictures. read more

Edgar and Amber did my maternity photos earlier this year. From the beginning, Amber was in constant contact with me with different location suggestions, clothing recommendations, etc. Our shoot ended up being a family shoot and maternity session combined. Edgar and Amber were so, so patient with my 18 month old while he threw several tantrums and wouldn't sit still for pictures. (Like most kids do!) We went to several locations to get many shots, and they never rushed us or acted like they were in a hurry. Let me tell you, THAT is exactly why I love this team! Besides amazing (seriously amazing) photos they gave us, their attitude and professionalism was outstanding! Taking photos can feel very awkward and vulnerable. Edgar was FANTASTIC with his direction and making you feel comfortable. Amber was just the sweetest thing ever and you can tell they both love what they do. Our shoot went well-over the allotted time and they never mentioned it nor charged me extra. The turn-around time for the digital prints was done within the time promised. Edgar was the photographer at my Debut and was very patient with me and especially my court when it came to situating each other. I mostly contacted Amber about all my photography needs and she was very nice and patient with me and my parents as well, even when we were a bit stubborn. They offered us an amazing deal for both photos and video photography at my party and even gave us a CD and physical copies. They were very easy and stress free to work with and I greatly appreciated their patience! When I lived in Vegas Edgar did my photos of my daughter and I every time I needed new photos of us!
