I…read morepopped in there because I needed the battery changing on my Nixon watch and I'd been somewhere else and they just looked at it in confusion. I figured the guys in the Watch Centre MUST know - and indeed they did. 10 minutes later, brand new battery in my watch - good times! Excpept actually, incorrect times - as my watch had reset itself. It's a bit of a funny watch with only one button, and I couldn't figure out how to change the time myself.. so slightly sheepishly I trundled back into the shop. The guy who'd changed the batteries rolled his eyes at me in a comical way when I explained I had no idea how to set my own watch, and then magically he seemed to just prod it a few times and it was correct again! Hurrah! Now I only have to go see him twice a year when the clocks change...

Brilliant ! Took my watch to be fixed yesterday , it was tricky as it's 20 years old ( and we…read moreoriginally bought it from here) the parts no longer exist as it's that old! The owner moved heaven and earth to get it fixed for me as it has sentimental value , couldn't ask for greater service! We also bought a newer watch at the same time so now I have a back up and I know that will last for another 20 years. Highly recommended!

I came here for a yelp event, but I found it a really interesting place. -you can't beat a koi pond in a shop!! Watch prices vary from £20-£600, so they really do cater for everyone! When I say they do a wide range of watches, that's something of an understatement. They have A LOT of very nice timepieces in this place. And a little pond with fish! This contributes towards the relaxed atmosphere that is sometimes missing from jewellery shops. The Creative Watch Co doesn't seem to give off the 'hard sell' vibe. The showroom(s) is/ are much nicer than the exterior. As this was the venue of our Yelp event I didn't purchase anything on the day, but am sure to come back here if I'm planning on buying anything of the sort.

Apart that is, from 2 places who bent over backwards to accomodate me. And this is the one I bought from. Good, friendly service and providing what I wanted at the right price - thats all we want from most shops really isn't it? Watches, rings etc - new or second hand. Repair service too. Worth a look.
