I needed to get a few packages taped up prior to taking them to the counter and they had plenty of room for me to spread out and do so. One of them was shattered. Thankfully it was the one I hadn't yet filled with photos. The other one would have been disastrous since it had photos of my dad who recently passed away. Staples will accept returned items purchased from Amazon. After you fill out the required information on the Amazon App, you will receive a return QR code and you can bring back the item in its original box. Packaging material and printed postage labels are not needed. This feature makes it easy to return items. The only slight disadvantage is navigating to the Online Return line. The front end has multiple lines and I wasn't sure which line to choose because the Amazon Returns Drop-Off signs were on the floor; I didn't notice this until after the fact. I would recommend re-locating the Amazon signs somewhere that is eye level.
