I wanted to try a different laundromat today instead of my usual one, but I ended up making a…read morewasted trip because the payment information advertised online was unclear. Based on the website and Instagram, it appeared that customers could use cards or tap-to-pay options. However, when I arrived, I learned that the self-service machines only accept quarters. There is no Apple Pay, credit card, debit card, or tap-to-pay option for the washers and dryers. The laundromat does have cards, but those are apparently only issued for drop-off laundry service, not for self-service customers. None of that was clearly explained online. If you're planning to do your own laundry, make sure you bring plenty of quarters before heading over. On the positive side, the facility was clean and the machines looked well maintained. However, I also found the pricing higher than my usual laundromat. The medium washers were about $7.75, the larger washers were over $9, and the dryers cost 25¢ per cycle. I'm sharing this simply so others know what to expect and don't make a special trip assuming card or mobile payment options are available.

I needed to get a few packages taped up prior to taking them to the counter and they had plenty of room for me to spread out and do so. When I was ready to ship the employee at the counter was very friendly and ensured my boxes were secured with enough tape. Definitely a location I would visit again if needed.

I have to say that every time I come to this establishment, only employees are extremely friendly and helpful and whatever I might need. I realize after reading some of the reviews that there was problems with the previous owner and he was very, very sharp with people and antagonized some of them when they were looking for a little helping, addressing their needs, but I can attest that every employee that works in this shop goes above and beyond to assist their customers. I would highly recommend anyone that's looking to ship a package via a UPS store come to this location if it is in your area and you are looking for a nice friendly relationship with a business.

Staples will accept returned items purchased from Amazon. After you fill out the required information on the Amazon App, you will receive a return QR code and you can bring back the item in its original box. Packaging material and printed postage labels are not needed. This feature makes it easy to return items. The only slight disadvantage is navigating to the Online Return line. The front end has multiple lines and I wasn't sure which line to choose because the Amazon Returns Drop-Off signs were on the floor; I didn't notice this until after the fact. I would recommend re-locating the Amazon signs somewhere that is eye level. Otherwise, this feature is highly convenient and makes the return process very simple. #staples #amazon #amazonreturns #amazonreturnsdropoff
