I filed a claim and chose their body shop for the repairs. From the moment I got there the team talked with me, walking me through the best option for the repairs. My car now looks like new; they detailed it also, it is so lovely and clean. Communication on where the repairs were during the time there, were top notch even with us being out of town. Shelley is so responsive, providing answers to any questions we had, and photos on request of the repairs. She, her husband and the team went way, way above and beyond, even when things got a bit stressful, Shelley made every effort to get to the bottom of my questions. They take immense pride in the work they do and the service they provide. This is where you want to take your vehicle if you need any repairs done. Thank you, Eagle Valley Autobody.

I am writing this review with immense gratitude and a strong desire to highlight the exceptional…read moreservice I received from Eagle Vail Towing. My recent experience wasn't just a transaction; it was a masterclass in customer care during a stressful situation, and I feel compelled to share how outstanding this company truly is. My need for a tow came at the worst possible time--during a busy weekend, with family waiting for me, and my car completely disabled on the shoulder of I-70. The anxiety and frustration were immediate. From the very first phone call, however, that anxiety began to melt away. The dispatcher who answered was calm, empathetic, and incredibly clear. She listened patiently, asked all the right questions to understand my situation and location, and provided a transparent, fair quote with no hidden-fee pressure. Her reassurance that "we'll take care of you" wasn't just a phrase; it felt like a promise. The true heroes of the story arrived right within the quoted window: the tow truck operators ( John and Sean ). I cannot overstate their professionalism. They introduced themselves warmly, immediately put out safety cones to protect the scene, and explained every step of the process to me. They treated my vehicle not as a broken piece of metal, but as my personal property, handling it with meticulous care. There was no rushing, no carelessness--just skilled, deliberate work. They even asked if I had any personal items in the car I needed to retrieve before securing it. What impressed me beyond their technical skill was their genuine kindness and demeanor. They could clearly see I was stressed, and they alleviated that not with platitudes, but with competent action and respectful conversation. They were friendly without being intrusive, professional without being cold. It transformed a potentially miserable hour into a bearable, even educational, experience. They ensured I had a safe ride and clear instructions on where my car was being taken and what the next steps were. The entire process, from the initial call to the final drop-off at the repair shop, was seamless. The billing was exactly as quoted, with a detailed, easy-to-understand receipt provided electronically. In a world where service industries often over-promise and under-deliver, Eagle Vail Towing is a shining exception. They delivered on every front: punctuality, transparency, technical expertise, and above all, human decency. I wholeheartedly recommend Eagle Vail Towing to anyone in the Vail Valley or surrounding areas. You are not just getting a tow; you are getting peace of mind. They turned my emergency into a demonstration of what excellent service looks like. Thank you to the entire team at Eagle Vail Towing--from the compassionate dispatcher to the fantastic roadside crew--for your invaluable help. You have a customer for life, and I will be singing your praises to everyone I know. Five stars are not enough!

Man, Ive got nothing negative to say about Austin and his crew at FlexWash. Ive been working with…read morean auto-marketing campaign for over 5 years now, so I have dealt with countless car washes, detailers and mobile detailers, and this is by far my best experience. The Flex in their name must stand for their flexibility in scheduling, as I had to call and rearrange some times/dates, and they were more than accommodating. Austin was very prompt, and was able to detail 5 of my vehicles inside my hotels parking garage, in little over 2 hours. He even noticed a few scratches on the roof of one of our vehicles, that he was able to buff out. They came with all the necessary equipment, and they used environmentally safe (green) products; I was even able to pay by credit card. They did such a fine job, that we used FlexWash again a few days later for a commercial shoot. If you're in the Vail valley, and feeling a little dirty, schedule an appointment with FlexWash...

Almost all plastic trim pieces on my Escalade came back with a white discoloration from their steam cleaning, my backseat was folded down and they never bothered to clean or wipe the seats down and just left it lying down. I also noticed that there was still a handful of food stains and crumbs from the previous owner (just purchased this car and had it detailed) still sitting there that never got touched or cleaned up. there was condensation from their machine I found inside of the analog clock on my car and it had lots of water in other areas pooled up. There was a lot of little things but it all added up, the only nice thing was how well my chrome rims shined again. Other then the wheels it looked like a marginal job, everyone was super nice!
