DO NOT! I moved out of Florida to a state that does not have EOS fitness. I have tried to cancel my membership with four different people. First time I called the girl told me she was gonna cancel the membership. No problem... second person had me email their manager ... third person told me the manager never got my email and then re-gave me the email that I had already sent proof of relocation to but also told me I would be entitled to a refund due to the amount of time I have called and emailed ... and now the manager is asking for bank statements ! Which is weird because I was going to move months prior and the only thing she asked for was flights or lease. I have sent utility bills, lease agreements and flights to prove that I have moved. They are now asking for bank statements! It is crazy how hard they make it to cancel your membership. On top of this do not sign up for their personal training. It is a complete joke. I was supposed to get one training session a week and I never got that. Paying $80 a week for a 20 minute session is absurd. read more

Jose was super informative and gave me a tour around the gym. He is super sweet and knowledgeable. He showed me this really cool cycling room. He also let me know that they have an area where you can use the massage chairs. I found this gym spacious and I really like that they don't have coed saunas. This gym was really nice and they have an option for you to rent a towel. I don't like that they don't offer free day pass like most gyms. I've been working out at this gym since they opened. I got my membership opening day. I really enjoy this gym, especially in the morning. They are 24hours I love the movie theater room and the creator section, it definitely makes it stand out. How ever I've noticed a few machines have been broken when I've gone and they haven't fixed They also promoted a pool with the membership but the pool was never built. Place is trash. Not sure what they hire all the staff for because none of the weights are ever in the right area and most times half of the weighs are completely gone - not on the racks and not in use by people in front of the racks. Massage chairs - usually max 2 are working at a time. And overall so many machines broken on a daily basis. Prices keep going up ... for what ... Been to multiple EOS' and this is by far the worst. This is my third review for this gym. My rating started at 5 stars, then 4, and now I feel it's only fair to give it 3. The positives are clear: the gym has a great selection of equipment and plenty of weights, which is the main reason it still earns 3 stars. But there are recurring issues that remain unresolved: * Sauna temperature & function: It doesn't consistently reach a proper heat level and now frequently shuts off, requiring staff resets. * Bench materials: The synthetic wood used in the sauna is concerning. Standard sauna construction calls for cedar, hemlock, aspen, or Nordic spruce. * Cold draft: A noticeable draft makes the sauna less effective and less comfortable. I've shared these concerns directly with staff and management multiple times, but no improvements have been made yet. I'll give the gym another month to address them before deciding whether to continue my family's memberships. I love this gym for Miami. I tried going to LA Fitness but it's way to crowded and small. EOS has a bigger layout. My only complain is that they don't have a secluded section for women. Most gyms have those areas for the ladies. Looks like the are for stretching is right in the middle of the gym where everyone can see. So I hope your not too shy. It gets crowded here on Mondays until Wednesday. We avoid those days. Thursday and Friday isn't too bad. Don't have to wait for machines. Saturday and Sunday is the best day to come. That's when the gym rats are here. They are always so nice and helpful. The bathroom is always clean and I see the cleaning ladies constantly doing their jobs But gym etiquette is atrocious here. No one puts back weights and the staff want to enforce the rules. They need to fix that for a better experience. Oh they have a movie theater in there with machines. And the sauna is about to open. Predatory Sales Tactics My 18-year-old daughter recently went in to sign up for what she believed was a basic gym membership. Somehow, she was persuaded into adding personal training sessions. What she thought would be an affordable membership turned into a $200 per month commitment tied to a six-month contract. When I went with her to speak to someone at the sales counter, she explained that no one clearly told her it was a contractual commitment. Gabriel responded by saying, "Whose responsibility is it to read the contract?" While technically correct, that response completely misses the point. Most people sign agreements in good faith, trusting that the key details have been clearly explained to them -- especially young adults making one of their first major financial commitments. As someone who works in sales and serves the public every day, I firmly believe that long-term success begins with trust. Transparency builds relationships. This experience felt like the opposite. In short, the environment felt more like a money grab than a service-driven business. Gabriel, in particular, could benefit from additional training on conflict resolution and customer care. I will say that one manager, Jose, approached the situation with empathy and genuinely tried to help, even though he was ultimately unable to resolve it. Lastly, if you ever have an issue, good luck getting someone on the phone -- it's nearly impossible. I am the third person in my own family to try and make use of this so-called pass, and somehow--one way or another--they never actually grant it. It's been about a year since the gym opened and I've been a member, so I felt it was a good time to update my review and reflect on the good and not so good. I had previously posted a few pics of equipment in bad condition, but I have noticed that it never stays that way for long. The facility is very good about replacing worn cushioning on the machines- therefore, I decided to remove those pics. It is only normal that in such a high volume gym things will get worn or broken. What counts is how attentive the management is about it and how quickly it is repaired/replaced- which they do a very good job of this! I am very happy with the variety of machines, weights, and equipment, but if you are a girly looking to do kickbacks you will need to BYOB- bring your own band! I learned this early on. No biggie. Got one of my own and problem solved. 17.5 weights. Love them. HARD to find them. For a while there was only 1 set in rotation, even though there are supposed to be 3 sets. Lately I have noticed 2 sets around, so that's been good. Would love to see the return of the 3rd set. Staff at the front is usually good about greeting you with a smile as you scan in, and sometimes I get a nice goodbye as I'm heading out, which is cool. I appreciate the friendly service. The fitness classes could use better variety. I'm not a Zumba gal, but love a good Vinyasa flow and unfortunately the yoga offerings are limited to gentle yoga. I did have the pleasure of discussing this with the person who handles the schedule and he offered explanation, but I'm still hoping this may change eventually. I'd also like to see some more Pilates class offerings and maybe some more of the peach building classes. I think there is just one of each kind of those classes and they are at 6 am or like early morning during the week when I'm at work. The schedule just needs a 4 pm time for Pilates or that peach class, and a 4 pm Vinyasa Flow. This is my wishlist, lol. This gym is extraaaaa busy on weekdays- like, crazy packed. Not a fan, but what can you do? Unfortunately, the gym is constantly in a state of disarray. Of course, this is the fault first and foremost of the inconsiderate gym members. Weights all over the place, racked on the complete opposite side from where they actually belong. Weights all over the floor, in the pathways. But since this is a problem and we obviously can't rely on our fellow members to be courteous there really should be staff rounding the floor frequently, especially in the back area where it's most unorganized, moving things back where they belong. This gym is disrespectful. We got a 7-day free pass, but when we arrived, they told us it only applies to certain zip codes even though we live like 15 minutes away. They made us come here for no reason and wouldn't let us try the gym. They wanted us to pay $20 to use it for a day we where told that was the only way to try it out. They're liars. Even though they call you before you go, they never told us about this. We go to an even more expensive gym, and we wanted to try this one and see if we liked it and save money. I love this gym. Although it can get crowded at certain times, there are many other attributes that make you overlook that. I love that there are multiple rooms. This helps with the crowdedness. The cardio movie room is a very creative feature that makes the tedious job of doing cardio fun and doable. Also their group classes are great! The instructors that I have taken so far have all been knowledgeable and make the workout fun. The sauna is not co Ed which is different to what I was used to at my previous gym but again that is ok. Hello previous employee here that help start off the gym. First of all management doesn't care not a shred of their clients and their needs of whether they want to cancel or not. Several times management has fired employees that don't scam clients. As a workplace is extremely abusive toxic and they force you to SCAM people. Stay away from this gym. All of the employees were at one point all getting HARASSED DAILY by management. We all tried to reach out to corporate, but since they are all buddy buddy with management they fired all of us. RJ (district manager with a family) flirting with the young new hires (which of course are extremely young women barely in their 20s. This job shows me how little Gym's actually care about their clients. I would stay as far away from this gym as possible. To have worked so hard with great coworkers and building a beautiful gym with amazing environment, to then watch it, torn down by the corporate age agenda that just looks like people as units. This gym has the worst customer service. After signing up, I changed banks and was out of town. When I returned, they charged me around $120 in late fees and membership dues. When I asked about the late membership, the front desk told me to come back in three weeks. However, when I did, the supervisor said they couldn't help and simply apologized for the inconvenience. Additionally, I pay to bring a guest, and while I understand if the policy changed requiring guests to sign up, their handling of it was unprofessional. In August 2023, I joined EOS Fitness because they promised cold plunges by November 2023--a feature that was the sole reason for my membership. Now, almost a year later, we've learned that there will be no cold plunges at all. Instead, they've allocated space for a "content creator" area and saunas, which doesn't align with why I joined. My brother and I already have memberships at LA Fitness for cardio and weight training, and we were counting on EOS Fitness for the cold plunges to complement our routine. Without them, our memberships here are useless. Since May 28, 2024, I've been trying to resolve this issue by contacting the manager at the Kendall location. Despite multiple visits and calls, the manager is always unavailable. I was never given a name and always told they were in a meeting. Fortunately, my call was once escalated to Christian, a regional manager who oversees multiple gyms in Florida. He acknowledged the unfair situation and promised that a higher-ranking manager or supervisor would contact me within 24 hours. It's been weeks with no follow-up despite continued efforts on my part. Today, I finally spoke with the gym manager, Kalvin, who claimed he was new and unaware of the cold plunge promise, thus refusing a refund. He offered immediate cancellation without the usual 30-day wait, which is still unacceptable given their broken promises. The fact that he even lied to me and told me that he was a new manager and he couldn't give me a refund because they never planned of opening a pool, cold plunges or however you want to call it was unacceptable. The fact that he even said because there is anything in writing and I don't got proof that they offered it they cannot give me a refund, but clearly I was not the only member scammed by this gym. So far so good here. I joined months before the gym opened to get a great deal. But honeslty I think the prices no matter what level is more than reasonable. It was exciting to have a gym come back closer to home again. They have alot of machines, classes, clean lockers bathrooms and showers and even a movie room that distracts you from realizing you're working out. There is a sauna but not sure if it's open or still being worked on. And although they mentioned a pool was to be built they axed that idea I believe over costs. But who cares, I never used a pool at any gym..and we live in Florida..take your ass to the beach. Anyhow so far I'm loving it. It's really big and they offer a free workout with a trainer. Of course they want you to sign up for a personal trainer. ut I just enjoy the free session and the walk around showing all the different machines and what not. So far my only complaint is the towel machine wasn't working an an employee had to physically open it with a key to hand me a towel, not a real issue. There is a recovery room where you can sit in these massage chairs and just unwind with the compression thingy (don't know the real name) on your legs. It all helps after a serious workout. I've taken 3 classes so far and there are no joke but alot of fun. Everyone is really helpful too. I already had an experience where I didn't know what the hell I was doing and another gym goer actually taught me how to use the machine correctly. So come to the gym, sweat some...I mean what's the worst that could happen...a healthier version of you..get your ass off the couch and take care of yourself! read more
