He's not a nice person at all he really needs to go back to the Bar Big Dogs where he originally came from he's totally a fake Thank God I got all my stuff out of this store l will never return there again !!! This is what he has done to me I am so sick of his lies to the public I had over $30,000 in pawn am a VIP paying interest like crazy even more than my items are worth just to keep my good faith to the company l have called for extension for 1 or 3 days to make a payment everybody there has given them to me that works there but when Mike found out he never wanted to give extensions to me and noted my account so I will not get any extension at all so I went over there to ask him why after we talked he agreed to lift the notation off my account I also mention at the time I know of one of his employees that are stealing legally and he told me " I DON'T WANT TO HEAR IT " what ? What kind of manager doesn't want to hear it unless he's involve ? Wow I was so shocked was just trying to help him out I have had nothing but bad experience at this store just recently I went there to get all my loans out of this corrupt store after paying thousands and thousands of dollars there to get my stuff out of there he got pissed off again and tagged my account no loans over $10,000 and he put the GM initial Steve acting like he did it but Steve never did it he did this for 2 reasons one they the Mgr gets bonuses for the more loans they have out monthly so when I took out my stuff he will not get that big BOUNS ! Plus he illegally tag it with the GM initials so no other store can give me a loan and I go back to his store that is really sad no loans over $10,000 so l can't get any loans over $10,000 when l had over $30,000 paying interest for years now you see why he did this to me don't get me wrong there are a few nice people there like Rafael he treated Me the best always greeted me every time l walked into that store by my last name he really deserves to be the manager at a store of His own hard worker too ! My hat off to you Rafael after also that day when I took out my stuff I also bought another coin I asked for a discount but he gave me no discount at all but when I asked another employee they gave me a discount why is the manager Mike so discriminatory against me does he wants to keep my items for himself he really needs to be fired please Steve look into this I only tell the truth !!! A mo later l also found out a Bk girl called into the store that was on vacation and was coming back the next day and called Mike the Mgr and told him she will be back tomorrow to pay for her gold and he said no you lost it she was in tears crying at another pawn shop telling her story I have never seen other EZ Pawn stores ever acted this way at all !!!! I located a PA system speaker and stand and asked Jemiris if there was a second speaker and stand in the back. I got a loan for 1000 was "told" the loan wound be for 13$ when I told them i was gonna be back in less then 2 weeks . All pawnshops near the casinos will take you to the cleaners, as gamblers lose all they have, and they are basically predators. They tell me that their real diamonds but ivehad them checked out at more than 1 reputable place. Only to find out that they are not. I'm hoping that they will refund my money for their sake. I've already contacted a attorney in regards to my delicate. More than 4×'s I've been sold fake jewelry. So make sure you have them test everything you buy before you pass them your money. The staff was friendly, though very clear that they wanted to be done for the day. Everything was fine, however I brought in jewelry to see what they would offer, and I was very confused by their offers. Was offered $400 for a ring that cost about $4500, and was then offered $190 for a ring that cost $8200 (3ct diamond/white gold) with no explanation given other than the cheaper one had more diamonds. I'm no jewelry expert, but bigger is more expensive-I know that for a fact. Anyways, I thought the prices were ridiculously low; I expect to get lowballed, but $190 for an $8200 ring? That's nuts. Oh and another one I paid just over $5k for was offered $115. Just didn't seem to know what the values were since the two rings I was offered basically nothing for were much more expensive than the first. Very nice and polite though. read more

I purchased a ring at this location back in July. I was completely satisfied with my purchase, as it is a beautiful ring. I purchased the VIP insurance plan with the explanation that I could come back within a year or less to trade or sale the ring at an equal value or replace a missing smaller diamond. I was helped by Dorniece, and I even left her a glowing review - as she had no issues answering my questions. It is now January, and I'm being told different. It is now being stated that the insurance plan guarantees a trade in value of equal or the price equivalent to purchase price + $1 more than price paid for original item. (Ex: if I paid 750$ for a ring, id have to find a ring 751$ or greater to retain my original purchase price) [OR] guarantee to pawn for half the original sale price. In all actuality, my jewelry depreciated half in value when I walked out of the door, despite paying 150$ for insurance and being told that I have a year to keep, upgrade, or sale the ring back at the same value. Subsequently Dorniece wasn't there to answer my questions as to why she MISPOKE to not only myself, my husband, and sister who were in attendance. I am truly disheartened. I feel like I was intentionally mislead in order for EZ Pawn to obtain a sale. I will never do business with this establishment again. Their service used to be good but like every other business after the pandemic no one seems to care any more. I pawned my tablet and every month after they texted me I'd go pay the interest, one day I hadn't heard from them, after calling and finding out, they now owned my tablet, i was upset i depended on them notifying me ahead of time, well this time there was no notification so i lost my tablet, I tried calling and speaking to a manager i was placed on hold each time for over 15 minutes, ill never go their again, people just don't care anymore about others what a sad world we now live in (smh) read more

This place will rip you off if trying to sell your item. I brought them a Yamaha EMX5016CF digital music mixer in a Roadrunner M2URR hard case. No flaws. The case sells for $150 used and the mixer sells for $1000 new, $550-$600 used. Multiple $800 used sold listings. I was hoping to get maybe $300. Mike offered me $90. Never have they sold for as low as even 4x markup at that price. They're looking to 7x their money in conservative estimate. I'm am or was a longtime customer that had spent thousands in their store. Keeping my item and won't be ripped off like this. Advise people to avoid because that's ridiculous, even for a pawn shop. They offered me 12% of the used value. 40-60% easy usual for pawn shops. The service was okay, I was greeted shortly after walking to the counter. I knew the value of what I was selling, and it was confirmed with their testing equipment and an internet search. He asked me how much I wanted, which was 1/2 of the Insurance value. He responded 'I can't give you that much since I won't be able to sell it for more than that'. When I asked how much he could give me he offered 40%. When I asked for 50% he just said no, so I walked out with my product and no negotiation. This review is for EZ pawn on Las Vegas boulevard downtown Las Vegas. Today the manager of the store himself attempted to sell me a fake diamond ring as a real one. I inspected the stones under a standard loop, and nearly every diamond had bubbles in it. Real diamonds don't have bubbles, but fake glass ones do. When caught out the manager played dumb and refused to concede that the ring was fake. I will never do business here again! read more

The store has lot of items in the store. There are some items that have good prices and some that are way over valued. It seems there is no constant reasoning for prices. The employees are ok. They are nice but can tell that they are employees rather than people who live and breathe jewelry and other items. Pawn shops should be mom and pop stores . I got to tell you the short Mexican girl who assisted me at this location has to be one of the most ignorant employees I've ever met. I knew right away this place would be a sht show when they didn't even acknowledge me at the jewelry display . It was more important for her to assist a guy pawning his basketball shoes for 20$ crack money. Anyways I came in looking to BUY jewelry. Noticed hey had an Engelhard 100oz bar in their display. The sticker on the bar price said 2,999$ . Current comparable price online for the same bar is around 1550$ I asked her the current price of the bar and she said the price on the sticker is the price . I said she must be mistaken as there is no way they would be able to sell the bar at double the current market price . I asked her to see the manager and she refused . She then said make an offer lol. Like who in the world wants to deal with an idiot. Even another employee said they pay above spot price which is reasonable and basic practice .
