The prices were relatively decent and the work was done swiftly. I was told they normally don't do same day pick up but they had all of our pieces ready for us in about two hours. I worked with a very friendly gentleman named Bob who opened the glass case and freely allowed me to peruse the PS4 games without hesitation. I chose two games marked at $29.99 and 19.99 respectively and negotiated a fair reduced price for the pair. He handled my transaction fluidly and was warm and sincere. I was buzzed into the shop with my 13 year old daughter, and they gave me no issues with allowing her in the store. It's in between numbers when the minute hand is straight up 12. I took it back and this time charges me to fix it. So he charged me to fix something he messed up. I don't do business with people like that.
