I don't sell or buy precious metals often but when I do, I'll be coming back. They have my trust and they will be the only ones I'll be doing business with. Thanks again Tony!

When I first walked in, the first gentleman I spoke with told me they wouldn't be able to help, which made me even sadder. Thankfully, another gentleman came over and went above and beyond to help me. He patiently helped me call the company to ask questions about how the bracelet was made, then helped get it sized properly. He also expressed his condolences for my loss and was incredibly kind, understanding, and patient throughout the entire process. I wanted to get his name, but I was so relieved and emotional when the bracelet finally fit that I completely forgot to ask. Thank you to this jeweler and especially to the gentleman who took the time to help me. Your kindness meant more to me than you know.

This is a family-owned business with years of experience, and their dedication to their customers is unmatched. My husband had a meteorite wedding ring that unfortunately started rubbing off and wearing down over time. Even though to our knowledge it was no longer under warranty, the team at Desert Diamond went completely above and beyond for us. They worked directly with the ring's manufacturer, Lashbrook, to help us replace it with a design that wouldn't have those durability issues. Their customer service throughout the process was phenomenal. They stayed in touch via text, sending me pictures of different options and following up with me as we made our decision--all without any pressure. We ended up choosing another Lashbrook wedding band with a hammered, crater-like texture and brilliant blue diamonds. It gives off a similar unique style as his original band, but it is even more stunning in person and built to last! We have been coming to Desert Diamond Jewelers for years and they never disappoint. They have an incredible collection in-store, can source just about anything, and provide top-notch services like watch repairs that they have done for us and jewelry cleaning at great prices. Thank you to the Desert Diamond team for always taking care of our jewelry needs. Highly, highly recommend them!

Let's be clear right from the start, Metro Pawn isn't Gold & Silver Pawn Shop of Pawn Stars fame…read more Metro Pawn is a nice, small, legitimate, above board pawn shop that has a few locations here in Vegas. They make loans on items as cheap as DVD's and PS3-4 games (like $3 on ps4) and sell them for $15-$20 each (though prices are negotiable). When awarding them a 5 star rating, I do so on the condition that I am comparing them to like similar businesses in this particular category. Now that my initial justification has been stated, I firmly believe that this location of Metro Pawn truly deserves a 5 star rating. The location is clean, well organized, safe, and the merchandise selection, although rather small, is quite diverse. The staff is extremely friendly, down to earth, and is quite diversified. I worked with a very friendly gentleman named Bob who opened the glass case and freely allowed me to peruse the PS4 games without hesitation. I chose two games marked at $29.99 and 19.99 respectively and negotiated a fair reduced price for the pair. He handled my transaction fluidly and was warm and sincere. I was buzzed into the shop with my 13 year old daughter, and they gave me no issues with allowing her in the store. I recently discovered the great deals one can get on video games, electronics, tools, and even firearms at local pawn shops such as this one, and have become a regular customer at a few of them. I can honestly say that this location over on Rancho by Del Taco is definitely worth a stop and I only wish I had become a regular a bit sooner. Could have saved quite a bit of money! Couldn't recommend them any more highly. ****In the interest of full disclosure, Metro Pawn on Rancho offers a Yelp deal that if you post a review (regardless of star value) you will get 10% off your next purchase. Though the impetus for me writing this review was influenced by this offer, my star value and overall opinions stated are completely mutually exclusive of the said offer and was not influenced in any way by the offer itself other than the impetus to write it, regardless of content. Thank you.****

He went through my whole coin collection which the other place didn't do. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions regardless how silly they were. This seems like a family run business with lots of repeat customers who like to chat. Not only did I feel like I got a fair deal, but I actually had a pleasant time while I was there. While looking through a box of coins, my father mistakenly began examining a box that was apparently awaiting appraisal. The box was unattended, and he believed it was available for customers to browse. As soon as an employee informed him of the mistake, my father immediately stopped and apologized. Unfortunately, the situation did not end there. The employee raised his voice to my father in front of other customers and staff and continued to berate him even after he had apologized multiple times. What could have been resolved with a simple explanation instead became a public confrontation. My father is a 76-year-old disabled veteran, and the continued hostility was upsetting enough that he began experiencing symptoms related to PTSD and felt he needed to leave the store. We left immediately and will not return. My father made an honest mistake, acknowledged it immediately, and apologized. He did not deserve to be treated with disrespect. We have always had positive experiences at other coin shops where we were treated with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Unfortunately, our experience here was the exact opposite.
