Avoid the EZPAWN at 6752 Indianapolis Blvd in Hammond at all costs. I brought in an archival, pristine $3,600 Karl Lagerfeld "Love Karl" designer purse. I am currently in need of a wheelchair and my husband and I were standing right at the counter--literally 2 feet away from the staff--softly discussing whether we wanted to sell a sentimental gift to fund my medical equipment.The female employees behind the counter ganged up on us and verbally assaulted us right to our faces. They openly sneered and said: "Oh well, he must have misquoted these two idiots for a drill cuz ain't no purse cost that much. This bitch over here thinks she's something special." They laughed and declared they were revoking the initial offer just to spite us for pausing to think.To make it worse, a heavily tattooed employee snatched my bag. She used both hands to violently yank and pull open the delicate leather to find an RFID tag, laughing when I warned her about its light-sensitive condition. They tried to jam a massive piece of hardware into it and completely warped and structurally destroyed a rare, out-of-production piece. Because of their malicious destruction, the bag is now unsellable and I cannot purchase the wheelchair I need. A felony property damage report has been filed with the Hammond Police Department. You would think they have the things to test out if things they buy work! You might as well bring your own console and games to test your things for them cause they aren't well equipped. I was also told to wipe down my items (they were a little dusty cause they've been in storage, still sprayed with Lysol beforehand) by the female worker, telling me they're trying to stay "healthy" but there's dust on the shelves and handprints all over the glass. I have been attending the Griffith Indiana one when I need a loan on my rings but they were closed and I went to this one today (being a Sunday) with my 4 yo nephew. GREAT SERVICE. They offered me TWICE what I have been getting from their sister store and the staff was so kind. They even let me nephew play with the keyboard without mind. Great all around. i went into the store in hammond indiana and after selling my tv, i decided to put a light i saw on layaway. the employee jermaine did not put the transaction on the receipt so when i came in 2 weeks later to make a payment, the manager nicole refused to help me or even call the employee to comfirm or deny if the transaction actually happened, which it did. so after refusing to help i ask for her full name and got an attitude saying she was the manager and there was nothing she could do, even thought two other employees remember the transaction and i had the exact date and time it happened so she could see it on the video system. i made this account just for them even tho i use yelp all the time read more

My husband bought me an expensive purse from here and when I came in to sell all my authentic purses that are brand new one even still had a tag..they all cost $100 or more..the lady at the counter was rude had An additude and said well we really don't take purses etc so I'll give you $15 really chick my husband bought a coach from you for $50.. y'all are scammers!!
