It was a technically difficult adjustment, but he knew what he was doing and fixed the problem. All of the set screws on the three hinges needed adjustment which is like choreographing a musical interlude. This along with tightening the hinges themselves along with the deadbolt and the door knob made the day. Bottom line, my Kathryn is overjoyed. What a birthday present for her! Ingram Brothers is a great organization and Chris is a dedicated employee. I highly recommend any job that they may take on.

First, extensive repair and replacement of rotten wooden siding and rotten wooden windows with new wood (we use wood to replace downtown per code). Second, whole body paint 3 colors with fantastic attention to detail. He did not write down his measurements and when he showed up, he brought the wrong window size. He then had to re-order the correct window size. When he installed the window, we discovered that the screens were damaged. When we were not home, he dropped off replacement screens, but they were again the wrong size! Do you think he would at least check them when he dropped them off to be sure they were the right size?? Of course not because he is not that smart. After we discovered that the screens are the wrong size, he is not returning my phone calls, text messages or emails. His work is also way below sub-standard. He used scrap wood to build the exterior framing. It looks horrible and we will have to have that redone by a professional carpenter. HE IS AN UNSCRUPULOUS SKUNK AND A COWARD!! STAY AWAY FROM HIM!!! After they said they completed the work, we were completely unsatisfied as the finished project looked awful and was not done correctly. He sent the worker back to fix it the right way and then charged us for extra work as well as a cleaning fee to clean THEIR mess. We did not ask for extra work, simply wanted the job done the right way. Chris has refused to give any itemized estimate, contact for our insurance or prof of receipts for the materials he said we had to pay for. After multiple threats to file a mechanics lean and other threats toward our house, we regretfully paid him a price that is not what he quoted us for. We have left reviews on his Facebook but he removed the ability to leave a review. We then left a google review and he had since removed himself from the google search. He left our house a mess, clogged our drains, broke multiple light bulbs and left them in the socket, turned our heat on 90 to dry the mud so they could get done faster and receive payment. This guy is an absolute joke. STAY AWAY!
