Even more rare if they show up on time (or at all) with a good attitude and ready to get the job done. That being said I am very happy to have been referred to this handyman who does all of the above. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others. Fix-it Ross has honestly been a life saver on several occasions when I needed to quickly get a house ready for a new occupant. So far he has repainted the interior of three residences for me, installed new hardware, light fixtures, replaced screens, pressure washed exterior and driveways, replaced fencing and repaired a large portion of decking. After seeing his work I hired him for some outdoor projects at my personal residence as well. He and his team have accommodated smaller tasks too like assembling furniture for a short-term rental, programming door bells, digital locks, replacing high up light bulbs, air filters, etc. I also appreciate that they know their limitations and won't just say yes unless it is truly in their scope of knowledge. I've found pricing to be very fair, especially because he's able to handle several projects in a single visit. I usually wait until I have 3-5 items on my list before sending a HELP! text. Even though he stays busy, he gets back to me quickly and gets it on his calendar without too much of a wait. Grateful to have found a reliable helper I trust to do consistently great work!
