When it came to quality of work and customer service these guys blew my mind! They did an immaculate job at cleaning my car and paid attention to every little detail as much if not more than I would! However one of his designers, a new hire since I've been here 2 years ago, I believe his name is Jesus, can't follow simple instructions. Even gave me attitude (*facial expression* *raised voice* "You said the Word USA") In both email, and in person I clearly said the picture of the USA flag. Even told him for the second attempt, "You know how a race car looks right?" Coming back next year when vented my carbon fiber hood comes in. Also when I can afford the ~$2k estimate to install Seibon Carbon Fiber Doors. I will personally tip my original designer $100 if he were the one to handle my car. I'll change my review accordingly after my 3rd and hopefully final visit for a simple flag at October 21 11AM.

I brought my model X in for a full film wrap and couldn't be happier with the results. Dominic was patient with me, answered all my questions before the work started, did a great review of the x before taking it in (pointing out all the manufacturer issues) and gave me an honest and fair market price for the job (even being so close to the city). While other detailers estimated a day or two for a full wrap, Dominic put it at a minimum of 4 days so the job could be done right and he was spot on. The vehicle paint and finish doesn't come perfect from the manufacturer so Dominic got it up to snuff. Its not just a drive in, get a wrap and drive out. Its more of a drive in, Dominic treats your car better than you would, does a patient and professional job and you drive out looking even better then you could imagine. Insurance won't cover the rock chips, bird droppings and other routine wear and tear of the roads so you get paint protection film. However, you don't get film, you get a reliable and certified professional installer to put the film on and that's what Dom and his crew are. Reliable, responsible, honest, careful, caring, passionate, friendly and informative was my experience.

After requesting quotes from nine different automotive shops, I went with Cars & Coffee primarily…read morebecause of the quoted price through Yelp. Other shops had quoted me anywhere from 4000 to 7000 to fully wrap my Tesla Model Y. Cars & Coffee quoted me 2500 to wrap the full exterior of the car in 3M Glossy Black Vinyl Wrap as well as tint the front two windows with a darker tint than the stock. Alex was prompt with his replies over Yelp chat. The shop was in Astoria, somewhat of a congested area, but if you're in Queens anyway, it is a convenient location. At the time I was there, they were also working on renovating a nice waiting room with a large TV and a couch. I called beforehand to setup a time to come in and get a quote. Sean walked me through their shop, and advised how long the job would take. I was a little hesitant to go with this shop originally because of the low amount of reviews and they seemed "new" but after seeing the service being done in the shop, I put down a deposit and dropped the car off a week or so later. Within a few days, the car was ready for pickup. After letting the wrap settle for ~2 weeks, I was invited back to the shop to do a free check-up. Sean took care of a few touch ups with the wrap which needed to be performed as well as gave me a free t-shirt and a bottle of Turtle Wax to use on the wrap. One thing I learned during the whole experience was that those two weeks did make a difference as it allowed for some of the pressure markings on the wrap from when it was applied to settle and become less noticeable however it always good to keep some spare wrap on hand just in case. Overall, for the price of the service, I was happy with the outcome.

Spent hours pouring gloo gone on my car to remove the silicon and paid 320 out of pocket to have them replaced and 180 to be rebadged...but hey at least they got to make some Instagram content with my car right? The car went in and came out horrible. Will probably never get a car wrapped ever again.
