The place does have a small parking lot in the back, which is nice since it is on a busy street. There is a $3 charge to use card, and they do accept Venmo and Zelle, so they do not charge anything if you pay/tip that way. The staff here are very kind and seem to know what they are doing.

Finally, my wife started to walk towards the only other door there, to try and see what the wait was all about, and the masseuse walks out, say nothing to us and charges the people she was just massaging. A bit odd, but we go with it. She finally acknowledges us - with a bit of an attitude - and she hands us a form, my wife, who is the expert, tells me to write down areas I want massaged and focused on, etc. We went to the back and got our messages, the whole time, both mother and daughter masseuses, kept talking to us about roller derby and how fun it is. My wife said this isn't a normal thing while getting a message. Not relaxing at all. Also, they never asked about or followed the requested areas highlighted in the form they gave us. When it was all done, the time came to charge us. The total price charged was for a full hour, but the message only lasted about 40 minutes. When my wife asked about what the couple's message included, we thought maybe chocolate covered strawberries, or the chocolate fountain they advertised on their website, but we were rudely told "you get to be in the same room." The owner has zero people skills, anytime you ask her a reasonable question about pricing or the use of a coupon, she was very rude and harsh. My first time will be my last, and I can tell you that my wife, who is always looking for a good place to have her massages done, will not be coming back.

She has such a deep knowledge of anatomy and will move me (my head, legs, arms) around to best target muscles rather than just having me lay completely flat and doing surface level. I swear she gets out knots in my hips that I didn't even know existed and I've never found anyone who can relieve my neck knots so effectively. She can go amazingly DEEP but is also good at lessening pressure when requested. I have gotten massage for years and seen probably a hundred therapists and she tops it all. She gave me several tips to try at home in between massages, which I totally plan on trying. The spa is very welcoming and beautifully decorated. I came in as a tired, underdressed mama bear almost embarrassed at my clothing and no makeup surrounded by this beautiful building and modern indoor decor.
