Definitely one of the cheapest places that you'll find in San Fransisco if you're planning on parking at a place ALL day. It's great if you're planning to attend an event/conference at the Moscone, but you don't wan to pay the crazy parking around the area. It's about a 15 minute walk, or you could find an electric scooter to just take you there. It's perpendicular to the police station at the tenderloin It's a fairly small parking place, but you drive all the way in, park, and you walk up to the front to tell them you're parking. You can either pay in person, just pay ahead of time using SpotHero (If you're joining SpotHero for the first time, feel free to use my referral code to get $7 off your first spot!: http://bit.ly/jean-spothero) that makes parking at this particular lot only $5!! I always opted in for paying ahead of time. They also ask that you call 15 minutes before you arrive to pick up your car, but I assume that is mainly for the days that it's a packed lot and they have to shuffle the other cars around to get to yours because it literally takes them like 2 minutes to pull it out. Thank God I didn't end up parking my car here. Not only did this place look ghetto as hell, the customer service was horrible. I went on the website to reserve my parking space and was given a confirmation number to show the workers. Once I showed up, they didn't even want to help me out. Didn't even look at anything I was showing them, and wouldn't let me park here, even after asking multiple workers that were present. I decided to find parking elsewhere, but before leaving, I looked in my rear view mirror and seen they were helping others coming after me. Was this racially motivated? Highly likely. Staying in San Francisco for almost a month, this place was within two blocks of the short-term apartment and seems to offer security and ease of access to your vehicle (other than the 4-6 hours nightly they are closed). The reason for my 3 star rating is two-fold: the first is the fact they lost my ticket that was taped to my sky (slapping on a different one and hastily writing new numbers on) and my claim stub. When I asked for a new ticket and stub, it was an almost 10 minute ordeal to explain to them. The second reason is that when I picked up my car on 7/21/18, they could not find my car key. They ended up finding it left inside the car, which is definitely not a safety measure in my mind. It's upsetting to show up and not only have to walk over to show the attendant which car is mine, but then discover they left your key in an unlocked vehicle. When I added that I wanted to check out one day early, it seemed mind-blowing to them that I wanted a refund for the day I would not be staying. I had to do the math and show them how much I paid to get a refund. On a trip to my office Holiday party we needed somewhere to park downtown, enter in EZ. Looking quickly at the other reviews we decided to pay ahead of time like the advice encouraged (so they didn't up the price while we were in the lot, which I find a bit skeevy) and while it was a little divey and a close shave parking wise, our experience wasn't really all that bad. $10 got us about 4 hours of safe parking during which we didn't have to worry about our car being broken into. So all in all 3 stars. Not perfect, but definitely worth a stop. read more

Friendly, professional, and prompt service. Garage is clean, and I felt safe inside the garage. I've accidently left my expensive smart phone on the passenger side seat, and it was still there when I picked up my car (please do avoid leaving valuables in the car). I will certainly park here again, but do have recommendations for folks that aren't as used to seeing the "other side" of the city. We stayed at the Parc 55 hotel nearby. We chose this parking garage because of Yelp (big thanks to all yelpers for your yelps). Since our hotel was very close by and to make my girl feel safe, I've always dropped her off at the hotel before parking my car, making that 2 block walk through the gauntlet several times a day. This garage does have drop off service within certain times. The operator there was very friendly and courteous. For reference, I've posted a map of the route that I take to walk back to our hotel. The stretch on Ellis St, between Jones and Taylor, have literally several dozens of homeless folks on both sides of the side walk. I've highlighted that in yellow in the map that I've posted. Also the stretch between Mason St and Taylor on Eddy St have a fair share of homeless and folks loitering outside of couple/several liquor stores. One time, I saw a female person on the ground, surrounded by several tougher looking male hovering over her. I was also approached for money several times. The stretch on Taylor St, between Ellis St and Eddy St didn't have any one loitering during the few times that I walked between the hotel and the garage. However, this stretch of road isn't as brightly lit, and can feel uncomfortable for some at night. After the first time walking back to the hotel and got approached several times on Mason St, I've left my watch, nice shirt, and wallet with my wife at the hotel the very next time that I needed to pick up the car (don't forget the ticket to claim your car). I don't have a car up here in the city. My apartment is located on a busy street where street parking is limited and has tons of rules about street cleaning and other things. So on the occasion that I do have my car up here, I like to park it at this garage. Most days it is $9 all day. Weekends are usually $10, and on holidays/special events they'll raise it a little more. You drive in, and an attendant comes and parks it for you safe in their garage. You either pay in advance or when you pick up-depending on their mood for the day. If you do pay in advance, MAKE SURE THEY STAMP YOUR RECEIPT/CLAIM TICKET THAT SAYS SO. Very very very important. Go about your day not worrying about meter maids, parking police, homeless peeing on your car, crooks smashing your windows, or traffic scraping your side-view mirror. Pick up before it becomes "overnight parking," which is around $25, you're car will be safely brought back to you! They are also open early, which I LOVE!. One time during move-in week, I drove for blocks looking for an open garage at 6am. This was the only one and it's so freaking close to where I live. 6am-9pm all for $9? Even McDonald's doesn't have a value deal like that. read more

In the heart of Union Square w/o the hassle and the hiked up prices like most of the parking garages. I happen to drive by to look for street parking since it was Sunday (and free) but since I knew I would be shopping and will hold shopping bags.. I opt to drive on this street on my way to another garage I am used to but the price caught my eye. Made a reservation at this garage via the park mobile app and paid $15 in advance for parking from 12:30 pm to 4 pm in order to see a show at the nearby Golden Gate Theatre. When I arrived, the attendant wouldn't honor my reservation and told me to use another app. He then offered to park my car for $30 cash. Clearly they oversold their available parking spots. Terrible customer service and left me the impression I was getting scammed. Will never attempt to park there again. Avoid this place. read more

We came to pick up our car and while the garage was open and the lights on we couldn't find anyone there. After 30 minutes of wandering around I found the attendant asleep in one of the cars! I woke him up by knocking on the window and he stumbled out and got our keys. When he pulled the car out he bumped it into another car and scratched up our bumper. When I pointed it out he just shrugged and went back into the car and fell back asleep! He purposefully ignored us until we left. I couldn't believe it! I think this place has the best deal around Union Square. $15 flat rate and you could park as long as you want until 2am. I had to be around the area more than 6 hours and found it to be the most cost effective compared to public garages that will cost me $30+ or metered parkings that I have to keep feeding the meter. Yes the parking garage is super tight. The neighborhood didn't feel safe at night so I suggest dropping car/picking up in daylight hours. They staff were super fast, the price was the cheapest for overnight parking we could find and all worked out very well. Think it was $17 for overnight parking, while our hotel charged $50. More like 3.5 stars! The location is primarily what set this parking garage back from a 4 or 5 star rating. Oh, Tenderloin... my boyfriend and I had no clue what to expect from you. It is a tough neighborhood. If you're not used to homeless people or drug addicts harassing you, you'll have a hard time. These types of people are out at any time of the day and yes, we were pretty scared, but the price for leaving our car overnight here was unbeatable compared to other parking garages. We chose this parking garage because online it said it only costs $20/night plus tax. My boyfriend and I were staying at Parc 55 from December 10-13 and we needed a place to keep our rental car safe for a good price. Parc 55's parking was $58/night - yeah eff that. This location is fairly close to our hotel - I'd say it's about a 5-10 minute walk. The garage itself is right next to the Tenderloin police department too so if you really are afraid of the neighborhood, there are literally cops right outside a block away. Now when we got everything settled, which was fairly quick and easy, our supposed $60 total ended up becoming $75. Apparently they say that the extra $15 is because of their taxes. Yeah, their system is flawed and they can basically charge people whatever they want, but it was still one of the cheapest options around that we could get close to us. You pay up front when you drop off your car and you get a ticket that says you paid. DO NOT lose it. We had to pick up our car before noon or else they'd charge you for an extra day or something. That part sucked because we didn't want to leave the city so soon. Overall, our car was kept safe without any damage for 3 nights and for less than $100. BEWARE - quoted price on website for overnight parking is wrong!! I used to park here all the time - it was the cheapest option around Union Square and had good ratings. Apparently the owner has recently instituted a new policy that states that if you leave after 12 noon the next day then you are charged for another day. The problem is - the website that you make a reservation on and get your price quote isn't updated with this information. So, beware if you're parking overnight - they will tell you your costs are higher when you drop your car off, regardless of what their website says. read more

If you book a reservation online, it will not be the price that you are quoted. I had a reservation for 3 days at $20/day. Total on the reservation was $60+tax, but when I arrived Abdul informed me that tax was an extra $20 dollars. Really not cool. It felt like a bait and switch. I was too tired from driving to go somewhere else so I begrudgingly paid the money. I should of kept driving because when I came to pick up something from my car they had parked it up against the wall touching. Don't let these clowns touch your car. So after reading all the wonderful reviews, I decided to park here for the day and walk down to the Westfield Mall. I paid a flat rate of $10 to park here. There are many reasons why I would not park here any more, but these are the main ones: 1. The parking structure is very small, when you turn into it, you go upstairs and pretty much you're stuck there until the attendant comes and repark it for you. 2. The neighborhood is very sketchy, even though it's only 5 blocks from the shopping center. You will come by many homeless people and creepers who will keep staring you down. So I do not recommend this parking structure for the ladies and those who will park and walk to their hotel at night. 3. I love this place! I had a conference at the Hilton for a week. I parked here everyday for at least 9 hours sometimes 11 hours each day. They are the cheapest in SF and the best costumer service! I left money and other valuable stuff in my car and I knew I didn't have to worry about anything getting stolen. Other parking garages often have cars broken into and cost twice as much for how long I had to park. I will never park anywhere else if I'm in this area. read more

I am blessed to find a garage that takes good care of your car. I park my Truck there on a monthly basis. These guys treat me as if I were a VIP. They always have my truck ready for me when I need it and they also keep it very safe and tucked away out of harms way when Im not using my Truck during the week. THe staff there are like friends that I can trust. I truly recommend this garage. Rate is more than reasonable, and the service is VIP special. Your Car couldnt be in more safer hands. read more

I booked my reservation online for $20 for a few hours overnight. The hours clearly stated that they open up at 6am. I proceeded to check out of my hotel early to catch an early AM flight only to find that the garage was locked with nobody in sight. A long line of patrons waiting to pick up their cars had formed. The business was called dozens of times with no answer. The cops were called, but there was nothing they could do about it. After waiting an additional 1.5 hours a passer by called one of the employees of this horrendous business who came to open the business. Did they offer any apologies or compensation? What do you think? I would absolutely not recommend this business to anyone and please think again when considering parking your car there. read more

The only problem with this place is the location. There are quite a bit of homeless people hanging around that area, which makes me nervous walking to my car at night. The quote provided to me online for one overnight parking stated $24 plus tax. So, I chose this garage based upon my quote. Sales tax in San Francisco is 8.5%, so my total charge would be $26.04. When I noticed my tag provided for my car, is showed $30.00. So, when I returned to the garage and provided my quote and challenged the amount they wanted, the attendant said that the owner charges a flat $30.00. I had to pay otherwise I could not have gotten my car. So, I have noticed other reviews where people are given a price or it is posted and then its more when they return to get their car. DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING and ripping off the consumer. Don't park here. They don't deserve your business if they lie to their customers. read more

Drove up to SF to explore the city and this was the cheapest option for overnight parking. We were staying at a hotel near Union Square and this place is within walking distance and has the cheapest prices. It's only $17/24 hours! You get in and out privileges as well; they'll ask you if you plan to use the car and if you say yes then they'll park your car closer to the entrance. You can arrive any time to drop off; they're open late. Their website says they have a shuttle if you request it in advance. Make the reservation online on their website and show up, simple! I've never reviewed a parking garage before, but I think my experience could be helpful to others. I parked here overnight- I called before coming and was told the price would be $25 (including tax) but if you make a reservation online, it's $20. Which is weird because if you make a reservation online, the quoted price is $16 (without tax). So tax is 20%..? If I hadn't called I probably would be upset, but having known ahead of time, it was fine. It was still cheaper than other garages I had looked up in the area. Pricing is a little confusing because they say overnight vehicles have 24 hours but ONLY if you arrive before noon. If you arrive after 12pm, you have to be out by noon the following day. E.g. I arrived at 9pm and have to leave by noon the next day. So 15 hours, not 24. You leave your keys in the car and they ask that you call 20 minutes ahead of time before picking up your car so they can move it out for you. No complaints about the service. Overall, this garage has good rates and as long as you understand how their "taxes" and pricing work, you should have no problems. I will mention that the street this garage is on is dark and feels a little dangerous. So if you plan to arrive at night, I suggest you have your pickup prearranged or buddy up! read more

Upon arrival, the staff was really professional and seemed like an easy process. We arrived Thursday around noon, was quoted a price of $25 for 24 hours. We told them we may not be back by noon on Friday, they attendant said it would be an additional $10, which was fine. Upon picking up our vehicle, on Friday, we noticed our front window on the passenger side was cracked. It was not cracked when we dropped off the car. We told them it was not like that when we dropped it off and they were immediately argumentative with us. One staff member in particular was extremely aggressive, even yelling and screaming at my husband (in front of our two young children). Accidents happen, they are employees... all that was needed was to give us the manager's info/insurance info and move on. Instead, we were met with defensive anger. They offered us to watch 24 hours of video to watch our car, really? It was handled very poorly. We asked for an incident report, which we completed. It was a horrible experience. Found this place and pre-paid through ParkNow. Thought it was a perfect location for where we were heading at a great price ($15/all day on the weekend, so it says.) When we got there at our reserved time, the attendant (claims to be the owner) said that the reservation was invalid, that he could not read the QR code that I got through ParkNow (though he was able to tell me all the details about my reservation.) Then proceeds to tell me that I would need to pay $15, plus per-hour rate after my 3-hour reservation. I left of course and turned the corner to a cleaner, more professional garage.
