Communication was not great, I had to follow up with them several times, but once I brought the issue up to the manager, they were good at following up and therefore, I am giving them a 5 star rating and recommend to anyone looking to have their screens replaced. I will use them again. My only complaint, and maybe something for them to improve on, is that when you call the number on the website and the one linked on their Yelp profile no one answer the phone with the company name, they simply answer with "hello" so at first, you think you have the wrong number and want to hang up.

We agreed on an estimate, and the crew arrived two days earlier than expected, the resurfacing work was exceptional. They meticulously chipped out the old plaster around the perimeter and outlet ports, then plastered the pool with the color I selected. The transformation was incredible--my pool went from a zero to a ten! They also replaced all the drain and port covers.
