Yasel scheduled a visit to my home and we went through the renovation I was looking to have done in our master bathroom. After providing us the final estimate we scheduled demo and his team arrived promptly to start their work. They did a good job covering the bedroom items to avoid dust which helped quite a bit. During construction Yasel kept me informed the entire time and we made a couple minor changes to the scope of work without any issues (he even helped me repair the baseboards near the front door. Overall, yasel was a great contractor to work with at a good price. I plan to use him again for our other bathroom and for future major jobs around our house. I mention this because not everyone is willing to hold off that long but I have to tell you he and his team are WORTH THE WAIT! The entire team was really professional. They did a full demolition in less than a day and left the bathroom in pristine condition at the end of the day. Wow!!! I've worked with other contractors that took 3 days to do a room less than half the size as this one, so when I tell you they were off to an impressive start, that's an understatement. His team left my bathroom and the surrounding area spotless every evening. They did an incredible job and the tilers are meticulous! I used 30" x 15" Porcelain Tiles in my Tub Alcove and 14" x 4" Glass tiles over my bathroom vanity and they had the correct tools for every job. It turned out some of my Glass Tiles had a slight bow in them and did not sit straight and they took the time to go through each tile and separate the bowed tiles before starting my vanity wall. The best part of the entire process is that Yasel, as well as, his team had a SOLUTIONS mindset. What I mean by that is that some contractors find a problem and focus on the problem itself. For these guys NOTHING was a problem because they focused on the solution!!!!! I cannot put into words how invaluable this trait is. Again, I've worked with contractors in the past so I was prepared for almost anything. His prices are competitive and he always shows up when he says he will and his team was on time everyday. This team blew me away with their craftsmanship, work ethic & commitment! They left my bathroom looking absolutely stunning!!! I could not be happier. The Property Manager, Claire Ariza, made living here stressful with her rude attitude and unprofessional behavior, often calling to question who visited my apartment. I always paid on time, kept my unit spotless, and still felt targeted. Reaching out to the regional manager didn't help -- no one ever responded. The apartments themselves aren't bad, but the management and lack of safety make it a place I'd avoid until there's real change. To the only person who has written a review, totally understand you. People need to start speaking up.

We set up the appointment for a couple days after my initial call - JG came out measured and told me I'd have an estimate in a day or two. This is one of them and I feel good about them so I'm writing this as I think it's hard to find honest good companies in S. Florida so I want to do my part. Briefly, I contracted Miami Brick two years ago to do a large job putting down pavers in my backyard. John George (JG) the owner came out, gave me an estimate (I think it was a fair price) and gave me some suggestions as to where to look for the pavers. I ended up getting a good deal from one of the places. I don't think there is a kick back situation here since the place I bought the pavers from didn't ask me if I was referred or anything. JG and his crew came out promptly on day one, prepped the site and then the pavers were delivered and set up in the back yard. On day two, they again came out at the time they promised and worked all day until the job was completed. It came out beautifully. Fast forward two years later. A section of the paving job had begun to sink in and become unlevel. I don't know why. I contacted Miami Brick and they graciously agreed to come out and fix it for no charge. They told me customer satisfaction was very important to them. I appreciated that very much. They indeed did come out as promised and at the time they promised and fixed the problem. I certainly would recommend Miami Brick. They are straightforward, no nonsense, fair, and want to make sure you are satisfied with the work....even two years later.
