Messages often go unanswered, and when I do receive a response, it is usually another excuse or delay. I have also been waiting for my deposit to be refunded, which has still not happened. This has been a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. A reputable business should provide documentation, communicate with customers, and either complete the job or return the customer's money promptly. At this point, I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded as promised. I hope this review encourages the business to resolve the issue and helps other customers be cautious before leaving a deposit.
