My dogs even made friends with Jason and his installation partner. Prior to my decision to move forward with Dean Glass and Mirror, I contacted several other glass companies. One never returned my request for estimate, the other quoted a ridiculously high price. I called Dean on a Friday, and Jason showed up on Monday to take measurements for the official estimate. Rebecca worked with me to have someone come to my house during my lunch break so I didn't have to miss work which is a big plus for me. About 2 weeks later, they were at my house completing installation. Overall a great experience and I am so happy with the final outcome of both my shower doors.

I rec'd my Best Pick Report Broward edition and found this company ( Keenan ) with outstanding reviews. I called them and 2 other local companies. I called JVR for an appt. but.... after 2 days I went to showroom to look myself. My job was tiny.. but did then set an appt. JVR came on a Wed, and by Friday I had to call them about my estimate, which was given to me verbally. I asked for it to be emailed, never received it. Who does that? 2nd place fella came out, rec'd the estimate, I asked for a change on estimate of a door.... never got back, no follow up. Keenan, Dan, came right out. Gave me a written estimate, I gave them one change to the order too, got that back to me right away. BOOK 'EM DANO. It was a bonus that the price was fair too. My order came in a few weeks early, their installers ( not contractors - which was important to me too) we great guys. The few usual tweaks needed after installation, were take care of after one call - the same day, like 2 hours later. Maybe I just got lucky. Its hard to find good companies, that have good workers, and good customer service. I highly recommend Keenan Windows! Thank you Dan and staff. Kim G. Oakland Park, Fl.

They are unprofessional and to date I still have NOT received my window screens. They sent David a supposed technician who struggled to take measurements. . That was the end of my positive experience. Days went by and no call back so I called them. Receptionist had no information on my situation or even a record that I called. Took down my info and days later no call back. I call again like I'm glutton for punishment. They schedule a visit between 10 and 11am to fix the shower door. 1145 comes and no call or visit. I call again. No answer except recording. They call back at 12:30 and tell me 1pm. Then call back and tell me 2 pm. Oooookay fine. So they finally arrive at 2:30pm (the same guy who came and took pictures) and go to work. The invoice does clearly state they aren't responsible if glass breaks due to my asking what if it breaks over the phone. About 90 minutes later and I go in to inspect. For some reason the installer flipped the door upside down and since the room isn't perfectly square a 1/8 difference was cut in door width top to bottom to get a nice square finish when it was originally installed. Flipping the door now causes a ridiculous gap at bottom and nearly touching at top. Here's the best part. They chipped the glass in the process and now I'm stuck with a chipped crooked door for $200 with no offer to fix in any way. I was so disappointed I just paid to get them out of my life. Cost to fix this mess? 700$ for new door to be cut and installed. I guarantee it won't be Marco doing the work. I would happily remove this review but they offered no solution other than me paying more.

When I saw Costco was recommending Best Buy Window Treatments LLC and I read the reviews, I felt confident that this would be a good experience. Boy was I wrong. Beliz, our sales rep came to our house and put together our order. When the technician came to do the final measurements after the order was signed and paid in full, the technician told us that these blinds will not work because they will hit the door handle. So Beliz came back to our house and re-did our order with different blinds. During our fist appointment, Beliz said that she would send us color samples which we never got. After our second order was signed, paid for in full, and ready for production, we reminded Beliz that we never received the color samples that she promised us. Beliz, to our surprise abruptly send us an email saying that she is cancelling our order and refunding our money. We were very shocked because the order was ready for production. This may be about Costco was offering a 20% Shop Card that was expiring and Beliz did not want to honor the 20% due to delays from her mistakes. I have been in sales all of my life and Beliz has no business being in a sales position. She has no sales skills, she was late for all of our appointments, and she made many errors. She told us that by adding motors to our blinds would increase the cost by about $600.00 each. When we received the new quote, the price for each motor was over $1000.00 each. She also told us that the opaque (non-see thru) fabric was not available through Graber. Later she told us it was available. She told us that the new fabric that we picked would be less expensive than out first fabric. When the new quote came back, the new fabric was more expensive. With so many mistakes we completely lost confidence in Beliz. She did not return my phone calls when I had questions, and she seemed very upset when we requested the color samples that she promised us. I left two messages for Beliz's Sales Manager Kathryn but she has not called me back.
