Absolutely LOVE Ez Eyebrows mainly because of Lily. I first met her at the Clearfield location; however, because that location closed, I started coming here. Thank goodness that Lily is still here. She is so good at the craft of threading that her threading technique is really soft to the touch. Other threaders at other locations push down hard and makes it uncomfortable, but NOT Lily. She's the total opposite! I love that she is also detail oriented and knows how to shape your eyebrows without overdoing them to make them thin (you know what I mean). She has never made my eyebrows uneven, ever. When she feels like your eyebrows need to grow out more in some parts, she will make sure she won't touch it. I've been to her for a few months now and I'm grateful that she's at Ez Eyebrows. If you come, I highly suggest requesting her if she's working while you're here. You will not regret it! Here's the process: you walk in, at the counter right when you walk in on the right hand side has a check in kiosk. Check in with your number and fill out the information. On the screen, it'll also show you the pricing of each service. After checking in, walk towards the back of the room and there are couches. This is where you wait if there are people ahead of you. They will then call you over once they are ready for you. This location is located right behind Newgate Mall and there's plenty of free parking here. It does get busy here on the weekends so I suggest coming here on the weekdays. read more

Lily did an amazing job. I got my eyebrows threaded. It can be hard to go somewhere new for your eyebrows and trust that the person doing them will be detailed and thorough. Lily did just that. She was very friendly, detailed and made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. She has a light quick hand so I didn't feel it was really painful at all. I have one eyebrow that is growing out (from another eyebrow place) & she did an AMAZING job at making sure it matched the other eyebrow while still allowing it to grow in. If you could give negative stars, they would get a full 10 rating. The unprofessional work you receive is mind blowing! Being insulted about your brows or facial beauty is ridiculous. Your suppose to trust these professionals. But just wait! After you're complete with your session, when paying be careful. Don't give higher amounts expecting any change back what so ever. They have the audacity to assume they did a fantastic job and they are entitled to whatever they feel for there tip. To top it off they will treat you poorly if you ask for any change back. read more

Finally I found my regular spot for my eyebrows without having to drive down to Salt Lake City! After several disappointing trips to different mall shops or stations I found this place and I'm sticking to it. Of course if you go on a Saturday she's busy (as with any good threading place) so I'd try to go during the week. Both women I've had were friendly, listened to what I asked and didn't go overboard with the threading. Shop looks very clean every time I go. read more

While my eyebrows look fine. I was shocked about how unprofessional the gal was. I have decent brows and had not got them done for about a year. She told me repeatedly how terrible they were, and how there was no hope for me. She also criticized me to another customer, telling them how bad I looked. It was very hurtful! I'm not a very sensitive person, but she was just downright rude. I would go to All Natural in the newgate mall 1000x before I would ever go back here again. read more

Moni does a good job but isn't very friendly. I've been going there since it opened and she went from asking me how work was to not saying anything to me at all. I think she's mad that I don't come in every two weeks and for upkeep. I didn't go for months after getting pregnant, I was too exhausted and not in the mood to have my hair ripped out, when I finally did go she gave me the silent treatment. I don't mind, I just stopped tipping her as well as I used to. Also, avoid going after she closes for lunch. Her breath is horrible. read more

I have been twice to this place and I'm giving them 5 stars. I am astonished that people will expect them to be talkative. The threading actually requires the use of her mouth and hand simultaneously. My rating is based on my experience. I had a full face & my daughter had her eyebrows done. She kept my daughter's eyebrows clean and natural looking for a 12 year old and my face was entirely done in 20 mins tops. Overall very satisfied. read more

First time going here, but I was in and out within 10 minutes. I had my eyebrows, lip, and chin done. She was very fast and did a nice job. No small talk, but she was very polite. I don't really expect small talk when I'm getting threaded anyways. I will definitely be going back. read more

I love this place! They listen to you as best they can and won't take off a lot of eyebrow hair. I always struggle to find places that don't take off more than I ask. They're friendly and prices are reasonable. The only reason I do not give them full stars is because they don't clean their scissors or eyebrow brush after every use. After watching on a busy day, waiting for my turn, I noticed this. I wish they would clean their equipment. read more

NO STARS!! This place is dirty. The lady who does the eyebrows has bad hygiene and is always talking bad about her customers! I will never let her touch me again she thins your eyebrows so bad and then tells you that if your a male you have to come after 8 pm and she will let you in to do your eyebrows when she is closed! She is over priced and so rude to customers especially If you are American or Hispanic. :( save your money and go elsewhere. read more
