I spent almost 1.5 weeks covered in hives. Also- the hair started growing back a few days later- like they broke the hair and didn't pull it out. So I went through it all for nothing. I have had waxing done for the past 12 years and never had an experience like this- I will be going back to Waxing the City- it's more expensive- but they use quality products.

There was 2 women back there chatting it up, no services were being performed so they didn't look busy at all. I actually love this place but this customer service was unbelievable I hated how I felt walking out knowing that no one acknowledged me and that I wasted my time.
