You can handle your UPS needs, but also get some good food and play your numbers or just grab something from the convenience store. The older gentleman who's in the deli is so sweet and always smiles and says good morning to me, but then again I am here almost daily lol There is a lot of parking but there are also a few businesses in the plaza, so you might have to wait for a spot for a minute or two. Now the food, other than deli sandwiches their fried chicken is literally my go to as soon as I come here. I try to wait until around lunch times to get everything I need done, to ensure that chicken Js ready haha But honestly I love this store and the fact that they're constantly upgrading their services and systems. Like the kiosk to scan your own returns to expedite the process for everyone. Prices are like any other UPS store IMO, just better service.

    after a year of reviewing this location again in regard to their home postal delivery…read more i have called on several times to keep INFORMING the managers that ANSWERED AFTER SEVERAL TRIED CALLS AND RINGING AT LENGHT THAT We keep getting mail at my home with a variety of different names and businesses! even though the family name is on the mail box plus inside the mail box and several other areas... the carriers still place other names in the box i have placed tapped notes on the lid to make sure. i have set up several security cameras and i noticed that the carriers just look at the address and place it in the box! one regular delivery is when we have a constant carrier and the reason the post office gives is that the replaced carrier is the cause! not acceptable! i have had my own mail delivered to other neighbors too! and missing bills! i have requested that when they sort the mail at the ofice to place customers name visible for that address! this will cut down on mis deliveries! frustrating is mounting! train to look if the names match the address and requirements should have each address post their names on each box inside and out! the people i talk to are apologetic and concerned the carriers should be more observant! a hard job that needs our compassion but constantly getting wrong mail or not receiving expected mail needs to be addressed now! I firmly believe that the departure of Mario he was making great headway in keeping mail going to whom it belongs but who ever replaced him seems that person does not have it under control plus inside the Post Office still has many poor reviews! Let's make 2026 that this location rises to a more acceptable level and replace whom ever with making this location BETTER! Time for CHANGE!

If it's a federal crime to tamper with mail, why isn't it a crime to misplace and not find it? Woman claimed mail delivered every day- not mine- and not neighbors same day. So there is no getting to the bottom of an issue- just excuses to get off the phone. I guess some of the help is just going to be of lower quality and we have to adjust to the aggravation.     Here today! This…read moreUPSP Store is close to my hotel and close to Boston Logan Airport, I frequent here to return my Amazon packages. It's in a horrible location but the staff is nice. The location is horrible because it's always congested, you'd better be handling some quick, in-out business because parking is only 15 minutes per signage. Both times I've come, I've seen a wrecker truck hidden in plane site watching and timing. It's also difficult to get out because of the ridiculous traffic uuug, the way I've learned to handle the traffic here in Massachusetts is do unto others as I would have them do unto me AND simply be patient. What I mean by that statement is, when other motorists signal to get over/out etc render kindness to them. Be patient when needing to turn left or get over and others will do the same for you. I'll play a game with it, I'll say out loud "Who wants a blessing by allowing me to get over" sure as my name is Nikiba, someone will in fact hear me in their head and be so kind ask to let me pass, out etc. Here today! I think this is happening on daily basis.

For example, when I came today, right before I got to the UPS drop box counter, the woman in the blue shirt walked away!! When she finally walked towards me, I didn't see she looked at me at all so I tried to talk to her to catch her attention "Excuse me, I already have the label"..She continued walking towards the copy machine (in other to get there, she had to walk by me) and didn't acknowledge me at all!!! How would you feel not being acknowledge as a customer? She was talking to the guy at the copy machine then looked back at me "Are you all set"? I said yes! She then walked towards me, no facial expression, took the bag in my hand and walked towards the UPS bin without scanning me. Some other staffs saw that and told her "did you scan" She did not respond, but I responded, because it wasn't my first time! I said "No, she didn't scan me" Even then, she didn't even show anything that she cared of what she was doing!! She shrugged and walked away joking with her colleagues "I work for free", and then another girl in the red shirt came to me, scanned my bag and gave me my receipt! This girl is a lot more WELCOMING!! Than the other one who didn't know what she was doing had was COLD the whole time!! I don't know what the difference is between blue shirts vs red shirts staffs, but customer service 101 is customers wouldn't know (or care) if you have a good day or a bad day! All they remember is the moment you interact with them!! Choose how to leave your MARK! And the mark that represent the business you represent! If you don't care about customers, there are so many office supplies companies out there as well as the internet giants who are willing to take care of them!

    I placed an online order Sunday night into Monday morning, as my sister was actively dying, to have…read moreher poems printed for her memorial service. I went in Wednesday to pick it up. When I asked for my order I was met with one of the most shocking condescending & rude experiences I've ever had. Matt, the associate at the photo desk (white male, beanie, piercings) told me, with an attitude, that they "didn't print them" because I "didn't respond to the email" about a formatting issue. I calmly explained that my sister just passed away Monday morning, and I obviously was not checking emails while grieving. Instead of showing even a basic level of compassion or decency, he doubled down, talking over me and repeating, "When people don't answer emails, we don't do the print." What a vile human being to respond to someone while they are actively in pain. Being cruel to someone grieving says more about you than anything else, and the universe notices. Kindness costs nothing but karma will keep receipts. I don't expect employers at staples to care about my personal situation, but there is no excuse for being dismissive and disrespectful as an human to another human. If you value basic kindness or professionalism, take your business elsewhere. Especially when printing for funeral or memorial services. I hope Staples management addresses the complete lack of empathy and customer service displayed by Matt and the management team at this location.
