They are helpful when they are making a sale, but rude and unprofessional when you ask for a refund for glasses that take over a month to order I don't normally buy sunglasses from optometrists but I thought I would give them a try, however after taking my money for the full price to order the pair I purchased they said it would be 1 to 2 weeks on order. ok no problem I don't mind waiting but what happened was ridiculous. I visited the store on a Saturday a week later and they said they had to contact the supplier on Monday.. however they were not very polite or helpful and brushed me off. So after a month of waiting, and no phone called from them only when I followed up to get the same answer that they are still on order and will not refund my money. What can I do, we'll im going to lodge a complaint with the ACCC and of nothing can be done I'll have to take this matter to a civil case and get my $320.00 back. It's no longer about the money but the principle these dishonest people are taking my money for a product they don't physically have I would recommend you avoid this place read more
