Excellent service, great quality, and extremely convenient same day service. I was in the market to get my prescription lenses updated for my one and only pair of Lindbergh eyeglass frames and am glad I found Eyes on Lincoln. I do not have a backup pair of everyday glasses. Every optometrist and optician I called prior to Eyes of Lincoln could not order lenses and fit them to my frame in house on the same day of my visit; rather, they would have needed to send them out to a lab meaning I would have been without my must have glasses for a week or spent another $500-700 on a second pair of frames. Fortunately, Eyes on Lincoln spares no expense and has the same expensive machine in house that labs use and master craftsman Javier was able to fit my new lenses into my existing Lindbergh frame within 90 minutes while I went to lunch. My time is valuable and I am so glad I found Eyes on Lincoln. Excellent choice for people such as myself who need new lenses but do not need a new frame nor can be without their glasses for an extended period of time or people on vacation who lose their glasses and need quick services/replacement prescription lenses. Eyes on Lincoln also carries an extensive selection of the most fashionable eyewear. Highly recommend this company. read more

This store has a racist mentality. I walked in to browse and one of the sales associates (short girl with long black hair) kept following me around the store. I asked her why she was following me, and she told me "it was her job." I believe it is a sales associates job to be helpful, kind, and respectful to ANYONE who walks into your establishment, and not treat those THEY deem unworthy to be in their store as thieves. I as a black man will not be returning to this establishment, and I refuse to give an establishment with such despicable business practices my patronage. I invite anyone else who is against racism and profiling to do the same. read more

Fortunately, I had a great experience with my visit. I was looking to purchase 2 pairs of prescription glasses. Claudia L was very patient with me and assisted me with trying on numerous pairs until I selected two I was firm on. It took a while and Claudia was patient throughout. We went back and forth on options such as transition lenses, two tone/solid tints, etc. Finally, I purchased both pairs and they were ready in less then 48 hours; which I found to be amazing as other locations I've shopped at have taken from 7 to 10 days to be ready. Please note, the sales are final. one can only obtain store credit or an exchange. No cash or credit card refunds. I had no problem with this as I had asked what their return policy was prior to swiping my card. Overall, pretty good experience. Comparing them to other sites/locations, I had realized I was quoted less than the others at this location. I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you Claudia and Team. read more

I recently stopped into eyes on Lincoln with my favorite pair of sunglasses Broken. After being told there's no fixing them I thought I would surely be turned away. However, that was not the case. Javier the store manager took my glasses in the back and came back 5 mins later with them fixed! I couldn't believe it, other people told me "no they can't be fixed." He was honest and extremely professional. He can fix anything. Javier is truly amazing at what he does! Thank you Javier! read more

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! I live on SOBE and bought a pair of sunglasses that I purchased on a Sunday night. When I put them on in the AM I saw a scratch. Took them back and I have been given the run around ever since. Say they called and ordered them. Every time I call to check on them it is like ground hog day. Like I am explaining it again and again. No new sunglasses after months. Just don't waste your time. Manager and staff are like the Russians that run Washington St. clothing stores. Save your money and go to Sun glass hut or online. Place is a rip off. All I know is you tell more people about bad experiences and I would NEVER recommend to anyone. read more

I had a great experience here. Javi quoted me a reasonable price for a pair of Ray-Ban frames that I didn't end up purchasing until later. When I picked them up, I was charged less than quoted. Can't complain. Good service and good selection. read more

Their prices change like the weather in Miami. Stopped by in the morning while getting a coffee, didn't have any money on me, went by later that day only to find out that they had increased in price by 35.00. These people are not normal, poor customer service, couldn't care about the consumer. Do not deal with these people. TR read more

My wife purchased a pair of Ray Bans here while on vacation. The lady that helped up was nice, not pushy and showed us several glasses with out losing patience or over selling. Did homework prior to.makomg purchase and had a good purchase price. read more

I visited this store not too long ago to get a new pair of frames for my prescription. Little did I know they had my prescription lenses available and I didnt have to wait for the lenses to be made. The sales associate helped me pick out the perfect frame within the criterias I was looking for: comfortable, affordable and fashionable. They instantly measured me eyes and placed prescription lenses into the frame and adjusted it for a better fit on my face. Overall I am very happy with the service and the familiar feeling while shopping at Eyes On Lincoln. read more

Beware !!! Totally over priced sunglasses . Because of location they think they can charge above what is considered acceptable. Way above market for same sunglasses you can find next block in a store without the looks. I try to buy a pair of Roberto Cavalli suns and they asked $ 475.00 last price. I thought it was more than I was comfortable paying and looked for other models and prices were always about the same. As curiosity would have it, I walked to another store in a different street and found the same pair I was asked $ 475.00 for $ 325.00. With my savings I bought a wonderful dinner for two. Avoid the fru fru. read more

Visiting from New York and my mykita mylon metal hinge just spontaneously broke. Now I need the hinge replaced or I have to walk around with tape holding my glasses together for the rest of my miami vacation. I called up Eyes on Lincoln (listed on the kykita website) and spoke with Javier who informed he carries that line of glasses, has replacement hinges in stock and knows how to do the repair. Indeed 1h later my taped up glasses, that I bought in Paris, were back to new. The store has a great selection of optical and sunglass frames of all different high end brands. Real nice stuff and a few happy customers leaving with their goods while I waited. I could not be more impressed with their service or store. Thanks Javier. read more

I love this store!!!!! My mom and I went to the Eyes on Lincoln store last month to get a new pair of eyeglasses for me. We had no idea that prescriptions lenses can be applied to sunglasses frames too. My mom hadn't worn sunglasses in over 15 years due to her high lens prescription. As soon as the sales rep told us the good news my mom felt like a kid in a candy store. She tried so many styles that she ended up buying two pairs that day. I'm glad we visited the store. My mom and I will thank them forever! read more

Terrible customer service. I've purchased 2 pairs of sunglasses in the past year from this store. I live in NY and was told that I would be able to get my first set repaired. I brought them with me this trip back to Florida. The manger refused to help me or even give me the time of day. read more

SCAM ALERT! Do not buy anything there. I am a Miami Beach resident and you have no idea how many people got scammed there. I bought years ago for more than $3,000 in glasses and they never wanted to service one of the item while it was under warranty. I contacted the brand and replaced at no cost the piece that had a problem. They also told me they have a lot of problem with this merchant. Stay away all the products they sell are 20 to 30% cheaper online. Vero read more
