The reason why I'm giving four stars instead of five is how long it takes for orders to be filled. It took about three weeks for me to get my new glasses after being told it would be 7-10 business days. I wasn't even notified when they arrived - I had to call in to see what was going on with my order! When I got to the store, I was told that the glasses had arrived the previous afternoon and they didn't have a chance to call me. Not sure if I believe that story, but in the end, I have new frames with my correct prescription and I saved $100 compared to the other stores.
