I tried the place next door and they were having a sale. When you buy one you get one at a discount. I like lightweight glasses. I couldn't find but a few here. However I asked, and you can buy frames and they can put in the lenses. I really love the silhouette brand. By far my favorite. Ambreya was amazing! This entire experience was great! It seemed busy when I went inside & I thought it would take a very long time! But I had not even picked out my favorite frames yet when they had me come over to be fitted. Ambreya was wonderful! She helped me so much! I can't hear and so she let me stand back and she was very patient. She & my husband helped communicate with me and she was just great! She was so helpful and kind. Ambreya helped me get what I needed and what I wanted the with the insurance. Everything worked out just great. I got a second pair of glasses for very inexpensive amount of money. I could've gotten them free but I wanted them to be progressive lenses so I got them inexpensive as possible. I should get my glasses in 2-3 weeks! I highly recommend this place! read more

We always go to Eyemart Express. There customer service is always outstanding. The only complaint I have is they never have enough employees to help during peak hours. I went to pick up my husbands glasses, just picking up, not trying on. There was no one to sign anyone in, so there is no telling how long my wait would be. It would be great if they had some at the desk that just signs people in and is there for people who are just picking up not needing to try on. read more

Horrible service. Walked to look over the glasses selection and hopefully make an appointment . Walked in, the woman in the counter looked confused. Decided to ask her first if they accepted my insurance...in a very unfriendly unsatisfied way she answered YES, WE'RE OUT OF NETWORK, SO DISCOUNTED PRICE LS ONLY. Went in there with a brand new frames that I receive from a glass frame salesman that is a friend of mine. And they told me they could not use that frame, and I need to buy a new frame from them. I left and went to another place that said they can put new lens in that frame with not a problem. So therefore they lie to me saying that they could not use the frame I brought in. Even the person that waited on me show she totally understands why I left. It was all about them wanting for me to buy a frame from them. I would NEVER go back in there ever. read more

Since we only have 1 day off from work we searched for someplace to replace broken glasses. This store promised 2 hours so we drove over 100 miles to get them. We've been waiting here ALL DAY. Then they called to say their machine broke down and they can't fill our order. My husband had to walk in and refuse to leave until they gave him a refund or glasses. They are making the glasses. Went yesterday to get glasses. I was there last time and had a good experience, but this time not so much. I couldn't get waited on and then when I finally did, she was not very nice. This was the worst job ever done on my eyes. I even told them that the rx wasn't right. I was told me eyes would adjust. Never happened!!! I went to Crystal Clear last week and took the glasses from Eyemart with the Vision Center Rx with me and they knew right away there was a very dramatic difference in the Rx I had from a year ago to the ones done by Vision Center on 6/14/2017. When I picked up my new glasses and Rx from Crystal Clear today I went back to the Vision Center with all the proof I needed. Once the lady Ms. Jane took over I was given great treatment. Even they were shocked by the difference in the Rx. I was given a recheck by Dr. K who was very professional and nice and he did his best to keep me calm. The new Rx is being fitted to lens and I don't have to pay for them. The staff today was very helpful and friendly. Thanks for fixing them. read more

Very dissatisfied with the quality of the glasses I purchased here 2 months ago. For the second time now I'm returning to the store to have them reassembled after falling apart. I know things can come loose, but I have 6 year old glasses purchased elsewhere that have never had that problem. They may cost less at Eyemart Express, but you get what you pay for. read more

I went in to Eyemart the first time is December of 2022 met with Patrica H. she help me with getting my glasses and after that I kept coming back and forth because I could not see. I went 13 times and find out she messed up my glasses then she tried to get a attiuded with me I had ANTRIA RENITA AND ANITA all tried to help get this resolved. I was very upset call the manger and spoke Weypona and at first she did not care and had to explained to her that her employee messed up my prescription and found out that she have messed up other peoples prescription. And she is still working there and long story short I was very mad and ask for my $291 back and they do not have even ask if you Military discount so I paid more that I should have because I have Military discount my husband is a Disable Veteran and I ask to get some free computer glasses until I went to another place This was the worst Eye glass place I have ever been. read more

My only pair of bifocals had been destroyed and I had to have a replacement pair the same day for work. The store from which I had a prescription could not produce a pair the same day. I took the prescription to Eyemart Express. Service was excellent. The lady who assisted me was super helpful and pleasant and got my order placed quickly. They promised my my new glasses in two hours. They were actually ready in 52 minutes. Wow! When I picked my glasses up another lady assisted me with adjusting the fit. My 84 year old mother has been in three times and can not get any service. They handed her her new glasses and when she told the she couldn't see out of them they they said " well just let them adjust a little but" she went back on Saturday and was told the only person who could adjust them is the manager ( she thinks they don't set correctly on her face allowing her to use the bifocals) and that the manager would be back from the bank in a few minutes. One hour later she left without seeing the manager. She does not drive and has to get a ride each time. When she calls they tell her the glasses have to adjust; at 84 years old how many pair of glasses do you think she has bought? She is treated like an idiot every time she goes in they talk to whoever she is riding with niece or son. She is perfectly capable of talking her own self. What does she have to do to get her money's worth from the glasses that she bought? read more

Be prepared to wait, and wait and wait! Also, they advertise "2 pair of glasses" for 79.99...really that is pretty far from the truth. 79.99 is for (heavy) plastic lenses, with no tint, no scratch resistance coating, no 'non glare'. Who would buy glasses without those? The wait is anywhere from 20minutes (minimum) to 1.5 hours. Also they say they offer a 1 year money back guarantee ...well that is not exactly right either. They do not want you to return your glasses even if the glass lense is flawed. One pair of sunglasses cost me 209.00, and that was without the best lenses. For a 'second' pair I would have to pay approximately 340.00...wow, save 60.00..again without some of the coating listed above. All in all....I found this place is not a bargain. read more

I bought two pair of glasses this week. The friendly staff was very helpful in assisting me to pick out just the right frames. The glasses (one regular pair and one sunglasses) were ready in a few hours. They made sure the glasses were perfectly adjusted for visibility and my comfort, and they made sure I was completely happy with the glasses before I left. I bought my old frames from them years ago and returned again and was just as pleased this time as I was on my first visit. I was also very pleased with the price I paid for two pair of glasses. I went in to order my daughter some glasses tuesday afternoon around 4:30pm. They proceed to tell me that they will not be completed until the next afternoon. After explaining I live 40 miles away and did not want to drive back, they agreed to mail them. When I called wednesday about 2pm, they said they would be completed after 5:30pm that day. I called again thursday about 1pm, they said they messed up on a lens and would be completed after 2:30pm that day. On saturday, I called and said the glasses were just shipped on friday and I would not receive them until monday. I stated my daughter needed glasses for school on monday. They agreed to loan me a pair until I received the ones I ordered. When I went to pick them up, the lenses were 3 times thicker than the frames and I refused to accept them. They stated they could put thinner lenses in, but would take another 45 minutes. I declined and demanded a refund. After sitting there for a good 15 minutes, the manager came and spoke with me, finally agreed to give me a refund once they received the glasses. Now it is monday, and the glasses were still shipped to me. Now i have to ship them back and wait 2 weeks to have my refund mailed or drive 40 miles just to get my money back. I received horrible service and do not recommend them to anyone!!! By the way, did I mention that it cost almost $200 for two pair of glasses for my 5 year old?!?! read more

I walk in about 45min before closing today just there to look for a style of new glasses that I would like, I have never had a problem with eyemart that's why I come back! But today I never got a welcome in or a hello nothing! I was never spoken to or acknowledged. I tried on several glasses and while I was, they were talking on how the guys in the back always mess up the prescription and other things. One woman said I'm not staying late for another Co worker and all of this is going on In Front of customers. And still after being in the store for about 35min still no help so left.
